【摘要】：民主社會(huì)主義是眾多政治意識(shí)形態(tài)的一種,其典型特點(diǎn)在于支持多樣性的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展并且主張由國(guó)家來(lái)提供的高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的社會(huì)福利措施。民主社會(huì)主義同中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義間的研究和討論熱度從未降低,民主社會(huì)主義最具特點(diǎn)的主張是對(duì)資本主義體制進(jìn)行改良,而不是徹底消滅資本主義。從考茨基所說(shuō)的“民主社會(huì)主義”的界定可以看出,他所說(shuō)的內(nèi)涵并不屬于科學(xué)社會(huì)主義范疇,包含了部分修正主義內(nèi)容。民主社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展歷程可謂一波三折,最初由馬克思和恩格斯創(chuàng)立的共產(chǎn)主義者同盟首次將自己稱(chēng)為“共產(chǎn)主義者”。積極推行資產(chǎn)階級(jí)民主革命到1951年共產(chǎn)國(guó)際第二次成立并徹底與科學(xué)社會(huì)主義分離,再到新世紀(jì)的歐洲國(guó)家的實(shí)踐探索,也彰顯了民主社會(huì)主義作為一種政治理論的生命力。中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義,是我黨多年來(lái)實(shí)踐的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),是根植于馬克思主義基本原理的、符合中國(guó)具體國(guó)情的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)之路,是中國(guó)全體人民的歷史性選擇,是馬克思主義與中國(guó)實(shí)際情況相結(jié)合的偉大理論。其內(nèi)容以逐步發(fā)展成為涵蓋國(guó)內(nèi)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、民生、生態(tài)文明等建設(shè)領(lǐng)域,是我黨和國(guó)家屹立于國(guó)際的強(qiáng)有力的理論武器,是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華騰飛的理論制度保障。研究和對(duì)比民主社會(huì)主義和中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的差異,有助于我們理解為何中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義理論發(fā)展了中國(guó),而其他政治理論不能;有助于澄清民主社會(huì)主義給我們帶來(lái)的混淆;有助于我們把握和了解中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的優(yōu)勢(shì)和我們?yōu)槭裁幢仨殘?jiān)持中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義不動(dòng)搖。這對(duì)于中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展和進(jìn)化具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Democratic socialism is one of many political ideologies. Its typical feature lies in supporting the economic development of diversity and advocating high standard social welfare measures provided by the state. The research and discussion between democratic socialism and socialism with Chinese characteristics has never reduced the heat. The most distinctive proposition of democratic socialism is that From the definition of "democratic socialism" that Kautsky said, the connotation of "democratic socialism" is not in the category of scientific socialism, and contains some revisionist content. The course of the development of democratic socialism is at the beginning of Marx and the beginning of the development of democratic socialism. The Communist alliance founded by Engels for the first time called himself a "communist", and actively pursued the bourgeois democratic revolution by the second founding of the Communist International in 1951 and separated from the scientific socialism thoroughly, and then to the practice and exploration of the European countries in the new century, which also highlighted the Democratic Socialism as a political theory. The socialism with Chinese characteristics is a summary of the experience of our party for many years, which is rooted in the basic principles of Marx doctrine, the road of socialist modernization in line with the specific national conditions of China, the historical choice of all the Chinese people and the great theory of combining Marx doctrine with the actual situation in China. The development to cover the domestic politics, economy, culture, people's livelihood, and ecological civilization, is a powerful theoretical weapon for our party and the state to stand in the world. It is the guarantee of the theoretical system of the Chinese takeoff. It is helpful for us to understand and compare the differences between the Democratic socialism and the main meaning of the Chinese characteristic society. It helps us to understand the society with Chinese characteristics. The theory has developed China, and other political theories can not. It helps to clarify the confusion that democratic socialism brings to us. It will help us to grasp and understand the advantages of socialism with Chinese characteristics and why we must adhere to the socialism with Chinese characteristics. This is for the development and evolution of socialism with Chinese characteristics. A certain meaning.
