【摘要】：正劉合波在《當(dāng)代世界與社會(huì)主義》2016年第6期撰文指出,在波蘭走向劇變的演進(jìn)過(guò)程中,石油危機(jī)是不可忽視的外源性因素。國(guó)際市場(chǎng)動(dòng)蕩誘發(fā)的國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)惡化,造成了人民生活水平的嚴(yán)重下滑,而政府改革措施不力使得民眾不滿情緒高漲,最終引發(fā)政治危機(jī)。在這個(gè)連鎖反應(yīng)的鏈條中,國(guó)際市場(chǎng)成為導(dǎo)致政治動(dòng)蕩的外因之一,并最終轉(zhuǎn)化為國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)惡化的內(nèi)因,從而引發(fā)了國(guó)內(nèi)政治危機(jī)。因此,從這個(gè)角度來(lái)說(shuō),第一次石油危
[Abstract]:In the sixth issue of "Contemporary World and Socialism" in 2016, Zheng Liu Hebo pointed out that the oil crisis is an external factor that can not be ignored in the evolution of Poland toward drastic changes. The deterioration of the domestic economic situation induced by the turmoil in the international market has caused a serious decline in the living standards of the people, and the lack of government reform measures has caused a rise of discontent among the people and finally led to a political crisis.
