【摘要】：中國特色政黨制度的堅(jiān)持和完善必須從中國特殊的革命道路和中國特色的民主政治中來尋求動(dòng)力和源頭,對它的堅(jiān)持和完善直接決定著中國特色社會主義民主政治的發(fā)展方向、實(shí)踐效果以及具體內(nèi)容。中國特色政黨制度是人民內(nèi)部矛盾理論的具體實(shí)踐,中國特色政黨制度發(fā)展和完善的關(guān)鍵就是要處理好人民代表大會制度和政治協(xié)商制度之間的關(guān)系。中國政黨制度發(fā)展和完善最終必須回歸到對中國共產(chǎn)黨特殊屬性的分析,黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體制改革和完善是中國政黨制度發(fā)展和完善的基本動(dòng)力,要將中國政黨制度完善和發(fā)展與中國特色的民主政治發(fā)展相融合,應(yīng)當(dāng)將中國特色政黨制度完善納入中國特色政治體制完善和發(fā)展的總體框架下來謀劃。
[Abstract]:The persistence and perfection of the political party system with Chinese characteristics must seek the motive force and source from the special revolutionary road of China and the democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. The persistence and perfection of the political party system with Chinese characteristics directly determines the development direction of the socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics. Practice effect and concrete content. The political party system with Chinese characteristics is the concrete practice of the contradiction theory among the people. The key to the development and perfection of the political party system with Chinese characteristics is to deal with the relationship between the people's Congress system and the political consultation system. In the end, the development and perfection of China's political party system must return to the analysis of the special attributes of the Communist Party of China. The reform and perfection of the Party's leadership system is the basic motive force for the development and improvement of the Chinese political party system. In order to integrate the perfection and development of Chinese political party system with the development of democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, the perfection of political party system with Chinese characteristics should be brought into the overall framework of the perfection and development of political system with Chinese characteristics.
