【摘要】：本文首先理清中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新時(shí)代的根據(jù),即"歷史性成就""歷史性變革"和"歷史性影響",然后指出"三個(gè)意味著"是進(jìn)入新時(shí)代的標(biāo)識(shí),"五個(gè)時(shí)代"是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義進(jìn)入新時(shí)代的具體內(nèi)容。雖然"新時(shí)代"與"社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段"是不同層級(jí)的概念,但二者具有類似的哲學(xué)方法論意義。它是理解黨的十九大報(bào)告提出的新論斷、新思想、新方略的"立論基礎(chǔ)"。在一定意義上,黨的十九大報(bào)告就是實(shí)現(xiàn)強(qiáng)起來(lái)的宣言書(shū)和行動(dòng)綱領(lǐng)。
[Abstract]:This paper first clarifies the basis for socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era. That is, "historic achievement", "historic change" and "historical influence", and then points out that "three means" is the symbol of entering the new era, and "five times" is the concrete content of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering the new era. Although "New era" and "Primary stage of Socialism" are concepts of different levels, they have similar philosophical methodological significance. It is the basis of the new theory, new thought and new strategy put forward by 19th CPC National Congress's report. In a sense, the party's 19th CPC National Congress report is to achieve a strong declaration and program of action.
