【摘要】：習(xí)近平同志指出:"中國(guó)目前的中心任務(wù)依然是經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè),并在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上推動(dòng)社會(huì)全面進(jìn)步。"新中國(guó)成立以來(lái)在經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與社會(huì)建設(shè)關(guān)系的認(rèn)識(shí)和處理過(guò)程中有成就、有教訓(xùn)。在全面深化改革的今天,就業(yè)、收入分配和社會(huì)保障等,不單純是經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題也是社會(huì)問(wèn)題;教育、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生和社會(huì)管理等,不單純是社會(huì)問(wèn)題,也與經(jīng)濟(jì)問(wèn)題相關(guān)。我們必須以經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)為中心,在新發(fā)展理念下,既促進(jìn)就業(yè)、分配公平和完善社會(huì)保障體系;又必須更加注重優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育、深化醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生事業(yè)改革和加強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新社會(huì)管理。
[Abstract]:Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out: "at present, China's central task remains economic construction and promoting comprehensive social progress on the basis of economic development." Since the founding of New China, there have been achievements and lessons in the process of understanding and handling the relationship between economic construction and social construction. In today's deepening reform, employment, income distribution and social security are not only economic problems, but also social problems; Education, health care and social management are not only social problems, but also related to economic problems. We must take the economic construction as the center, under the new development idea, not only promotes the employment, distributes the fair and consummates the social security system, but also must pay more attention to the development of education, the deepening of the medical and health reform and the strengthening of the innovative social management.
