【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)逐漸加快的老齡化進(jìn)程,我國(guó)老年人口的數(shù)量呈現(xiàn)不斷增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì),傳統(tǒng)的家庭養(yǎng)老方式已經(jīng)逐漸不能滿足老年人的養(yǎng)老需求,這就急需我們轉(zhuǎn)變觀念,探索新的養(yǎng)老模式。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)后,多種多樣的新型養(yǎng)老模式層出不窮,然而什么樣的養(yǎng)老模式才是最適合現(xiàn)階段的社會(huì)發(fā)展的?什么樣的養(yǎng)老模式才是最適合濮陽(yáng)市地區(qū)實(shí)際情況的?這是本文筆者探討的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。在文章的撰寫過(guò)程中,筆者主要采用了實(shí)地調(diào)查的研究方法,輔之以文獻(xiàn)研究、個(gè)案訪談等研究方法。在查閱了大量資料,了解了我國(guó)現(xiàn)存的多種養(yǎng)老模式的基礎(chǔ)上,深入實(shí)地,結(jié)合濮陽(yáng)市地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、地理位置、文化傳統(tǒng)等因素,圍繞該地區(qū)主流的三種養(yǎng)老模式的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r展開(kāi)分析。本文以濮陽(yáng)市地區(qū)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,詳細(xì)闡述了現(xiàn)階段濮陽(yáng)市地區(qū)主流的三種養(yǎng)老模式——家庭養(yǎng)老、社區(qū)養(yǎng)老、機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老,在全面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合濮陽(yáng)市地區(qū)的具體情況,比較分析了三者的各自優(yōu)勢(shì)和不同之處。通過(guò)比較分析,社區(qū)養(yǎng)老在目前的主流養(yǎng)老模式之中綜合優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,既能緩解家庭養(yǎng)老的壓力,又能彌補(bǔ)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的缺陷。雖然在當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平條件下,社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式的發(fā)展尚且面臨許多困難和障礙,但總的來(lái)說(shuō),該模式在我國(guó)現(xiàn)存條件下可行性較大,應(yīng)當(dāng)作為濮陽(yáng)市政府在養(yǎng)老模式方面的重點(diǎn)發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:Along with the aging process of our country, the number of the elderly population in our country is increasing continuously, the traditional family old-age support way has been unable to satisfy the old people's old-age demand gradually, this urgently needs us to change the idea. Explore a new pension model. After entering the 21st century, a variety of new pension models emerge in endlessly, but what kind of pension model is the most suitable for the current social development? What kind of pension model is the most suitable for the actual situation in Puyang City? This is the author of this article to explore the key issues. In the process of writing the article, the author mainly adopts the research method of field investigation, supplemented by literature research, case interview and other research methods. On the basis of consulting a large number of materials and understanding the existing various pension models in our country, we went deep into the field and combined with factors such as economic development, geographical location, cultural tradition in Puyang City, and so on. Around this area mainstream three kinds of endowment pattern development condition launches the analysis. This article takes Puyang area as the investigation object, elaborated in detail at present Puyang area mainstream three kinds of old-age support pattern-family endowment, community old-age care, the organization old-age support, in the comprehensive analysis foundation, unifies the Puyang area concrete situation, Their respective advantages and differences are compared and analyzed. Through comparative analysis, the comprehensive advantage of community pension in the current mainstream pension model is obvious, which can not only alleviate the pressure of family pension, but also make up for the defects of institutional pension. Although there are still many difficulties and obstacles in the development of the community pension model under the current economic development level, in general, the model is more feasible under the existing conditions in our country. It should be the key development road of Puyang city government in endowment model.
