【摘要】：亞洲長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)就是美國(guó)對(duì)外戰(zhàn)略的重心。其經(jīng)營(yíng)亞洲的歷史可以追溯至兩個(gè)多世紀(jì)之前,盡管美國(guó)歷屆政府的亞太戰(zhàn)略不盡相同,但基本保持了戰(zhàn)略的延續(xù)性。盡管特朗普亞太戰(zhàn)略帶有極大的不確定性,但也具有新的特征,表現(xiàn)得更加靈活、務(wù)實(shí),且不再以政治正確和維護(hù)區(qū)域秩序和安全平衡為首要目的,而是以美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)利益為目的。對(duì)此中國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)策略是立足國(guó)內(nèi),打好自身基礎(chǔ);引領(lǐng)中式全球化;加強(qiáng)文化溝通;對(duì)美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)不同階層采取靈活的公共外交。
[Abstract]:Asia has long been the focus of America's foreign strategy. The history of its operation in Asia can be traced back to more than two centuries ago. Although the successive American governments have different Asia-Pacific strategies, they have basically maintained the continuity of the strategy. Despite the great uncertainty surrounding Trump's Asia-Pacific strategy, it also has new features that are more flexible, pragmatic and no longer primarily aimed at political correctness and the maintenance of regional order and security balance. It is for the domestic good of the United States. In this regard, China's strategy is to base itself on China, to lay its own foundation, to lead Chinese globalization, to strengthen cultural communication and to adopt flexible public diplomacy to different classes in the United States.
