【摘要】：由于我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期存在的城鄉(xiāng)二元結(jié)構(gòu),城鄉(xiāng)間的數(shù)字鴻溝問(wèn)題表現(xiàn)得尤為突出�？s小城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝對(duì)于拉動(dòng)農(nóng)村地區(qū)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng),改進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率和改善農(nóng)村居民生活,實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展具有積極的意義�？偨Y(jié)和分析相關(guān)的研究成果對(duì)于描述我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝現(xiàn)狀、揭示鴻溝形成的原因和影響,制定彌合鴻溝的政策都具有重要價(jià)值。文章從城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝的表現(xiàn)、形成原因、測(cè)度、影響及彌合對(duì)策等五個(gè)方面綜合分析了我國(guó)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)數(shù)字鴻溝問(wèn)題的研究。
[Abstract]:Due to the long-standing dual structure of urban and rural areas, the digital divide between urban and rural areas is particularly prominent. Narrowing the digital gap between urban and rural areas is of positive significance for stimulating the consumption market in rural areas, improving the efficiency of agricultural production, improving the life of rural residents, and realizing the overall development of urban and rural areas. The summary and analysis of relevant research results are of great value in describing the present situation of the digital divide between urban and rural areas in China, revealing the causes and effects of the gap, and making policies to bridge the gap. This paper comprehensively analyzes the research on the digital divide between urban and rural areas in China from five aspects: the manifestation of the urban-rural digital divide, the reasons for its formation, the measurement, the influence and the bridging measures.
