【摘要】：我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展和完善,促使我國的各種社會結構發(fā)生了非常深刻的變化,包括生產資料所有制結構、階層結構、產業(yè)結構、城鄉(xiāng)結構等。城市社區(qū)居民所秉承的價值觀也因社會基礎結構的改變而發(fā)生了變化,新的挑戰(zhàn)擺在了城市社區(qū)思想政治工作面前。本文對我國城市社區(qū)的特質進行了研究,對城市社區(qū)思想政治工作的特征和本質進行了闡述,對城市社區(qū)思想政治工作在新形勢下所面臨的各自挑戰(zhàn)以及存在的問題進行分析,并提出相應的對策措施,以使城市社區(qū)思想政治工作得到改進和加強。我國思想政治工作近年來由于社會主義市場經(jīng)濟的飛速發(fā)展而呈現(xiàn)出了逐步弱化的局面,受此影響,作為政治工作的一個比較新的領域,城市社區(qū)思想政治工作的工作方法也比較陳舊,存在滯后性,與社會發(fā)展的要求不符,不利于社區(qū)的建設和發(fā)展,甚至使整個社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展受到影響。社區(qū)的建設和發(fā)展離不開思想政治工作作為保證,而且在新的歷史背景下,需要緊緊圍繞我國社會轉型以及社會發(fā)展的新特征重新思考思想政治工作。本文對城市社區(qū)思想政治工作的研究主要體現(xiàn)在以下三個方面：第一,對我國現(xiàn)階段城市社區(qū)思想政治工作的實際狀況、取得的成績以及未來所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)進行了分析和總結,并將問題的原因找出來；第二,對加強城市思想政治工作的緊迫性、重要性進行闡述,指出建設文明社會、使城市居民的行為與社會發(fā)展的要求相符、發(fā)展經(jīng)濟、改革經(jīng)濟體制都離不開思想政治工作；第三,作為思想政治工作中的一個比較特殊的領域,嘗試性地針對城市社區(qū)的特點提出了一些對策,對社區(qū)工作方法進行創(chuàng)新,以使城市社區(qū)思想政治工作更符合城市社區(qū)的特點,可行性更強。
[Abstract]:The continuous development and perfection of socialist market economy in our country has caused profound changes in various social structures of our country, including the ownership structure of means of production, stratum structure, industrial structure, urban and rural structure and so on. The values of urban community residents have also changed because of the change of social infrastructure, and the new challenges have been placed in front of the ideological and political work of urban communities. This article has carried on the research to our country city community characteristic, has carried on the elaboration to the urban community ideological and political work characteristic and the essence, has carried on the analysis to the city community ideological and political work under the new situation each challenge as well as the existence question. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in order to improve and strengthen the ideological and political work in urban communities. Due to the rapid development of the socialist market economy in recent years, ideological and political work in China has shown a gradual weakening situation, which has been affected by this, as a relatively new field of political work. The working methods of ideological and political work in urban communities are also outmoded and lag behind, which are not in accordance with the requirements of social development, and are not conducive to the construction and development of communities, and even affect the development of the whole society and economy. The construction and development of the community can not be separated from the ideological and political work as a guarantee, and under the new historical background, it is necessary to rethink the ideological and political work closely around the new characteristics of social transformation and social development in our country. The research of the ideological and political work in the urban community is mainly reflected in the following three aspects: first, it analyzes and summarizes the actual situation, achievements and challenges faced by the ideological and political work of the urban community in our country at the present stage. And find out the causes of the problem; second, the urgency and importance of strengthening urban ideological and political work are expounded, and it is pointed out that building a civilized society, making the behavior of urban residents consistent with the requirements of social development, and developing the economy, The reform of economic system can not be separated from ideological and political work. Third, as a relatively special field of ideological and political work, this paper tries to put forward some countermeasures in view of the characteristics of urban communities, and innovates the methods of community work. In order to make the urban community ideological and political work more in line with the characteristics of the urban community, the feasibility is stronger.
