【摘要】：中國夢,是中國共產(chǎn)黨第十八次全國代表大會召開以來,習(xí)近平總書記所提出的重要指導(dǎo)思想和重要執(zhí)政理念。他在國家博物館參觀“復(fù)興之路”展覽時(shí)首次提出了“中國夢”的概念和核心目標(biāo)。中國夢的實(shí)質(zhì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興,其核心目標(biāo)是“兩個(gè)一百年”的目標(biāo)。習(xí)近平在十二屆全國人大一次會議閉幕會上提出了中國夢的基本內(nèi)涵和實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑。中國夢的基本內(nèi)涵是實(shí)現(xiàn)國家富強(qiáng)、民族振興、人民幸福。其實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑是走中國道路,弘揚(yáng)中國精神和凝聚中國力量。之后習(xí)近平又提出了強(qiáng)國夢、強(qiáng)軍夢、航天夢。中國夢不是突然提出來的,是歷經(jīng)幾代中國共產(chǎn)黨人的探索沉淀出來的。毛澤東帶領(lǐng)中國人民成功實(shí)現(xiàn)民族獨(dú)立,為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)、理論準(zhǔn)備、物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。鄧小平在深刻總結(jié)我國社會主義建設(shè)正反兩方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)和借鑒世界社會主義歷史經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上成功開創(chuàng)了中國特色社會主義,由此中華民族偉大復(fù)興展現(xiàn)出了光明的前景。改革開放以來,鄧小平對中國夢的探索貢獻(xiàn)巨大、影響深遠(yuǎn)。他把堅(jiān)持中國共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的保障,把改革開發(fā)和充分調(diào)動(dòng)人民群眾積極性作為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的直接動(dòng)力,把社會主義初級階段作為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的現(xiàn)實(shí)起點(diǎn),把實(shí)現(xiàn)中國式的現(xiàn)代化和小康社會作為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的具體目標(biāo),把“三步走”作為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的戰(zhàn)略步驟,把中國特色社會主義作為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的道路,把和平與發(fā)展作為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的國際環(huán)境。因此說,鄧小平對中國夢的探索和貢獻(xiàn)帶有奠基性、開創(chuàng)性。本文主要通過論述鄧小平對實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢探索和貢獻(xiàn),來揭示當(dāng)前實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的路徑。本文共分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分是中國夢的基本內(nèi)涵,包括中國夢的概念和特點(diǎn)。第二個(gè)部分是近代以來中國仁人志士對中國夢的探索,包括前兩代共產(chǎn)黨人探索民族復(fù)興之路。第三、四兩個(gè)部分是本文的重點(diǎn)。第三部分是鄧小平對實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的偉大貢獻(xiàn)；第四部分是鄧小平探索、推進(jìn)中國夢的現(xiàn)實(shí)啟示,探尋當(dāng)前實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的路徑選擇。即堅(jiān)持和改善黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的根本保證,堅(jiān)持中國特色社會主義是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的正確道路,堅(jiān)持改革開放是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的關(guān)鍵一招,走和平發(fā)展道路是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的對外戰(zhàn)略,踐行群眾路線是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的必然選擇,實(shí)干是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢的基本途徑。
[Abstract]:Chinese Dream is the important guiding ideology and important ruling idea put forward by General Secretary Chinese Dream since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. He proposed the concept and core goal of Chinese Dream for the first time when he visited the exhibition of the Road to Renaissance at the National Museum. Chinese Dream's essence is to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and its core goal is the goal of "two hundred years". At the closing session of the first session of the 12 th National people's Congress, Chinese Dream put forward the basic connotation and the way to realize Chinese Dream. Chinese Dream's basic connotation is to achieve national prosperity, national revitalization, and people's happiness. Its realization way is to follow the Chinese road, carry forward the Chinese spirit and unite the Chinese strength. Then Xi Jinping put forward the dream of a powerful nation, a dream of strengthening the army, and a dream of spaceflight. Chinese Dream was not suddenly brought forward, but after generations of Chinese Communists to explore and precipitate. Chinese Dream led the Chinese people to achieve national independence, providing Chinese Dream with valuable experience, theoretical preparation and material basis. Deng Xiaoping has successfully created socialism with Chinese characteristics on the basis of summing up the experience of both positive and negative aspects of socialist construction in China and drawing lessons from the historical experience of socialism in the world, thus showing a bright prospect for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Since reform and opening, Chinese Dream to Chinese Dream's exploration contribution is enormous, the influence is profound. He regarded upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China as the guarantee for the realization of Chinese Dream, taking reform and development and fully arousing the enthusiasm of the people as the direct motive force for the realization of Chinese Dream, and taking the primary stage of socialism as the realistic starting point for the realization of Chinese Dream. To realize the modernization of Chinese style and the well-off society as Chinese Dream's specific goal, to take "three steps" as the strategic step to realize Chinese Dream, and to regard socialism with Chinese characteristics as the road to achieve Chinese Dream, Regard peace and development as the international environment for Chinese Dream. Therefore, Chinese Dream's exploration and contribution to Chinese Dream are groundbreaking and groundbreaking. This paper mainly discusses Chinese Dream's exploration and contribution to realize Chinese Dream, to reveal the current path of realizing Chinese Dream. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is Chinese Dream's basic connotation, including the concept and characteristics of Chinese Dream. The second part is the exploration of Chinese Dream by Chinese people with lofty ideals since modern times, including the exploration of the road of national rejuvenation by the former two generations of Communists. The third and fourth parts are the emphases of this paper. The third part is Chinese Dream's great contribution to the realization of Chinese Dream. That is, persisting in and improving the leadership of the Party is the fundamental guarantee for the realization of Chinese Dream, upholding socialism with Chinese characteristics is the correct road to achieve Chinese Dream, and persisting in reform and opening up is the key to achieve Chinese Dream. To follow the road of peaceful development is to realize Chinese Dream's foreign strategy, to practice the mass line is the inevitable choice to realize Chinese Dream, and to do practical work is the basic way to realize Chinese Dream.
