【摘要】：近代以來的世界歷史通過資本的剝削和殖民擴張來開辟道路,形成了世界范圍的支配—依附的格局。在經(jīng)濟全球化、信息化的當代,極端民族主義威脅增加,突發(fā)事件和全球性問題威脅增大,舊世界格局弊端凸顯,建構人類命運共同體成為時代要求。人類命運共同體理念揭示了世界各國命運休戚相關的時代特點,是對國際公平正義的追求。尋求適合不同國家發(fā)展的特殊道路,建立公平的新型國際秩序,搭建通向人類命運共同體的新平臺,超越征服型文明觀和心理偏見、增強求同意識和大局觀念等,是建構人類命運共同體的重要路徑。
[Abstract]:The world history since modern times has opened the way through the exploitation of capital and colonial expansion, forming a world-wide dominance-dependent pattern. In the contemporary era of economic globalization and information, the threat of extreme nationalism increases, the threat of sudden events and global problems increases, the malpractice of the old world pattern becomes prominent, and the construction of human destiny community becomes the requirement of the times. The concept of human destiny community reveals the characteristics of the times in which the destinies of all countries are closely related, and is the pursuit of international fairness and justice. To seek a special road suitable for the development of different countries, to establish a new and fair international order, to build a new platform leading to the community of human destiny, to transcend subjugated civilization and psychological prejudice, and to enhance the sense of seeking common ground and the overall situation, etc. It is an important way to construct the community of human destiny.
