【摘要】：社會(huì)組織在處理與社區(qū)居委會(huì)的關(guān)系方面處于動(dòng)態(tài)平衡的過(guò)程中,交替使用耦合與脫耦的策略�；谖鞑縔D社區(qū)的實(shí)地調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),社會(huì)組織進(jìn)入社區(qū)雖然從法規(guī)和政策上有政府的支持而獲得了規(guī)制合法性,但在社區(qū)居民那里仍然面臨認(rèn)知合法性的缺失,于是社會(huì)組織在與居委會(huì)的關(guān)系處理中采用"耦合"策略,從而獲得合法性支持。而在社會(huì)組織提供專業(yè)服務(wù)時(shí),其自身?yè)碛休^充分的專業(yè)能力和人才隊(duì)伍,這時(shí)處理與不專業(yè)的社區(qū)居委會(huì)的關(guān)系時(shí),便采取"脫耦"策略。"耦合"和"脫耦"策略處于動(dòng)態(tài)平衡中,因此也呈現(xiàn)了社會(huì)組織與居委會(huì)的動(dòng)態(tài)平衡關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In the process of dynamic balance between social organization and community neighborhood committee, the strategy of coupling and decoupling is used alternately. Based on the field investigation of YD community in the west of China, it is found that although social organizations have obtained the legitimacy of regulation in terms of laws and policies, they still face the lack of cognitive legitimacy in the community. Therefore, the social organization adopts the "coupling" strategy in dealing with the relationship with the neighborhood committee, thus obtaining the legitimacy support. When social organizations provide professional services, they have more sufficient professional ability and talent team. When dealing with the relationship with unprofessional community neighborhood committees, they adopt the "decoupling" strategy. " The strategy of coupling and decoupling is in dynamic equilibrium, so it also presents the dynamic equilibrium relationship between social organization and neighborhood committee.
