【摘要】：社會組織在處理與社區(qū)居委會的關系方面處于動態(tài)平衡的過程中,交替使用耦合與脫耦的策略�；谖鞑縔D社區(qū)的實地調查發(fā)現(xiàn),社會組織進入社區(qū)雖然從法規(guī)和政策上有政府的支持而獲得了規(guī)制合法性,但在社區(qū)居民那里仍然面臨認知合法性的缺失,于是社會組織在與居委會的關系處理中采用"耦合"策略,從而獲得合法性支持。而在社會組織提供專業(yè)服務時,其自身擁有較充分的專業(yè)能力和人才隊伍,這時處理與不專業(yè)的社區(qū)居委會的關系時,便采取"脫耦"策略。"耦合"和"脫耦"策略處于動態(tài)平衡中,因此也呈現(xiàn)了社會組織與居委會的動態(tài)平衡關系。
[Abstract]:In the process of dynamic balance between social organization and community neighborhood committee, the strategy of coupling and decoupling is used alternately. Based on the field investigation of YD community in the west of China, it is found that although social organizations have obtained the legitimacy of regulation in terms of laws and policies, they still face the lack of cognitive legitimacy in the community. Therefore, the social organization adopts the "coupling" strategy in dealing with the relationship with the neighborhood committee, thus obtaining the legitimacy support. When social organizations provide professional services, they have more sufficient professional ability and talent team. When dealing with the relationship with unprofessional community neighborhood committees, they adopt the "decoupling" strategy. " The strategy of coupling and decoupling is in dynamic equilibrium, so it also presents the dynamic equilibrium relationship between social organization and neighborhood committee.
