【摘要】：近年來,隨著城市老齡化程度的不斷提高和城市改革的持續(xù)推進(jìn),城市老年人的物質(zhì)生活得到了極大的改善,應(yīng)對(duì)人口老齡化的工作也取得了顯著的成效,但在城市老年人的精神生活和需求方面仍存在一些問題與不足,而城市老年人的精神需求方式也更加多樣化。針對(duì)他們在精神需求問題上出現(xiàn)的新情況和新問題,面臨著不少新的挑戰(zhàn)和任務(wù),如何才能在構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的進(jìn)程中加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)城市老年人的精神需求問題,已成為城市老齡工作必須研究的新課題。因此,本人將這一問題作為畢業(yè)論文進(jìn)行探討。論文立足于時(shí)代進(jìn)步和推進(jìn)城市老年工作的需要,以馬列主義、毛澤東思想和中國特色社會(huì)主義理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)城市老年人精神需求的相關(guān)內(nèi)容和理論,貴陽城市老年人精神需求的狀況與問題,滿足城市老年人精神需求的對(duì)策等問題進(jìn)行較為全面的分析和探討。文章主要由四個(gè)部分組成:第一部分:引言。對(duì)城市老年人精神需求問題進(jìn)行探討的目的、意義和國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述。第二部分:老年人精神需求的相關(guān)內(nèi)容和理論。這部分首先介紹了精神需求的內(nèi)涵,同時(shí)闡述了城市老年人精神需求的特點(diǎn)和內(nèi)容;其次對(duì)城市老年人精神需求的相關(guān)理論,進(jìn)行了論述。第三部分:貴陽城市老年人精神需求的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查和分析。本部分主要從貴陽城市被調(diào)查老年人的基本情況、貴陽城市老年人精神需求的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析、貴陽城市老年人精神需求存在的問題和存在問題的原因等幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行探討。第四部分:滿足貴陽城市老年人精神需求的對(duì)策與建議。這部分根據(jù)目前貴陽城市老年人精神需求存在的問題及原因,提出從政府、社區(qū)、老年人家庭和老年人自身等幾個(gè)方面解決貴陽城市老年人精神需求問題的一些思路和設(shè)想。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous improvement of urban aging degree and the continuous promotion of urban reform, the material life of the urban elderly has been greatly improved, and the work to cope with the aging of the population has also achieved remarkable results. However, there are still some problems and deficiencies in the spiritual life and needs of the urban elderly, and the ways of spiritual needs of the urban elderly are more diversified. Facing many new challenges and tasks, how to strengthen and improve the spiritual needs of the urban elderly in the process of building a socialist harmonious society is facing many new challenges and tasks. It has become a new subject that must be studied in urban aging work. Therefore, I will study this issue as a graduation thesis. Based on the needs of the progress of the times and the promotion of the urban elderly work, the thesis, guided by Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong's thought and the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, discusses the relevant contents and theories of the spiritual needs of the urban elderly. The status and problems of the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang, and the countermeasures to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly in the city are analyzed and discussed comprehensively. The article is mainly composed of four parts: the first part: introduction. The purpose, significance and literature review of the spiritual needs of the elderly in urban areas are discussed. The second part: the related contents and theories of the mental needs of the elderly. This part first introduces the connotation of the spiritual needs, at the same time expounds the characteristics and content of the spiritual needs of the elderly in urban areas; secondly, discusses the related theories of the spiritual needs of the elderly in the city. The third part: the present situation investigation and analysis of the mental needs of the elderly in Guiyang city. This part mainly discusses the basic situation of the elderly investigated in Guiyang city, the present situation of the mental needs of the elderly in Guiyang city, the problems existing in the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city and the reasons for the problems. Part four: countermeasures and suggestions to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city. According to the existing problems and causes of the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city at present, this part puts forward some ideas and ideas for solving the spiritual needs of the elderly in Guiyang city from the government, the community, the elderly families and the elderly themselves.
