【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國正處于一個(gè)機(jī)遇和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并存,政治經(jīng)濟(jì)文化高速前進(jìn)的重要時(shí)期,城市現(xiàn)代化前進(jìn)的速度特別快。城市社區(qū)身為最基礎(chǔ)的基層組織及微觀領(lǐng)域,其對社會(huì)及生活所起的作用逐年增強(qiáng),人們對社區(qū)治理的全面需求也日益升高。對于社區(qū)整治的微觀方面而言,近年來,很多專家及學(xué)者更傾向于采用個(gè)案分析的方法。當(dāng)前此類分析方法已然成了社會(huì)實(shí)施社區(qū)整治分析的關(guān)鍵分析趨勢之一。本文借助對成都市關(guān)鍵城區(qū)城市行政體制的演變及前進(jìn)展開個(gè)案實(shí)例分析,探索城市前進(jìn)的脈絡(luò)及深層歷史,分析挖掘其制度的不足,以便于更好地促進(jìn)城市規(guī)劃的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。并從制度變遷理論的研究角度,著眼于創(chuàng)建一個(gè)城市行政體制變遷自路徑依賴至路徑創(chuàng)造的分析構(gòu)架,進(jìn)而嘗試探尋出我國基層社會(huì)治理里城市社會(huì)制度演變的深層內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is at an opportunity and risk coexist, the political economy and culture in an important period of rapid progress, the speed of urban modernization is especially fast. The basic basic organization and micro field of urban community, its role in society and life has increased year by year, and people's overall demand for community governance is also increasing. In the microcosmic aspect of community renovation, in recent years, a lot of experts and scholars are more inclined to adopt the case analysis method. At present, this kind of analysis has become one of the key analysis trends in the analysis of social implementation of community renovation. This paper is based on the case analysis of the evolution and progress of the urban administrative system in the key urban areas of Chengdu, To explore the context and deep history of the progress of the city, analyze the shortage of its system, so as to facilitate the sustainable development of urban planning, and from the perspective of the theory of institutional change, to create an analytical framework for the change of urban administrative system from path dependence to path creation, and then try to explore the grass-roots society of our country. The deep internal relations of urban social system evolution in governance.
