【摘要】：中國作為一個人口大國承載著全球最多的人口基數(shù),計劃生育這一基本國策的實施和全球老齡化浪潮的襲來使我國必須面對老齡化社會帶來的種種問題。解決老年人居住和護理是問題的關(guān)鍵,同時如何對養(yǎng)老社區(qū)的選址和達成老年人心里的訴求也是選題的當務(wù)之急。本次論文通過對中國老年人口現(xiàn)狀這一特點的分析,同時結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)居家養(yǎng)老模式和社會機構(gòu)養(yǎng)老模式,最后得出一種新型的養(yǎng)老模式-社區(qū)養(yǎng)老,這種模式更適合于我國老年人的居住需求。新型社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式有利于老年人的生活需求,能夠減輕老年人的心里壓力,是當下最適合中國老年人居住的養(yǎng)老模式。文章首先全面的介紹了現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)養(yǎng)老居住模式,從而推導(dǎo)出社區(qū)養(yǎng)老模式對于現(xiàn)階段中國老年人的重要社會意義。緊接著系統(tǒng)的對老年人的生活特征及居住需求進行了詳細的分析,為下文的城市養(yǎng)老社區(qū)模式做依托。接著就是本次論文的核心部分,以遵照本國國情為前提,構(gòu)想出一個滿足老年人居住需求的城市養(yǎng)老社區(qū)。從各個角度去探討,最終得出一套完善的體系。通過對城市養(yǎng)老社區(qū)適應(yīng)性的分析,總結(jié)出最適合老年人居住的設(shè)計方式。綜上所述,城市養(yǎng)老社區(qū)是最符合中國老年人需求的居住模式,養(yǎng)老社區(qū)的室內(nèi)外適應(yīng)性設(shè)計方式也是在這種居住模式上探討出來的。
[Abstract]:As a large population country, China bears the largest population base in the world. The implementation of the basic national policy of family planning and the attack of the global aging tide make China have to face all kinds of problems brought about by the aging society. It is the key to solve the problem of living and nursing for the elderly. At the same time, how to select the location of the community for the aged and to reach the demands of the elderly is also the urgent matter. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the elderly population in China and the combination of the traditional home pension model and the social organization pension model, this paper finally draws a new type of old-age support model-community old-age care. This model is more suitable for the living needs of the elderly in China. The new mode of community old-age support is the most suitable mode for the elderly to live in in China, which is beneficial to the living needs of the elderly and can relieve the psychological pressure of the elderly. Firstly, the article introduces the current domestic old-age housing model, and then deduces the important social significance of the community old-age care model for the elderly at this stage in China. Then the system of the elderly living characteristics and residential needs of a detailed analysis for the following urban old-age community model to rely on. Then it is the core part of this paper, according to the premise of our national conditions, to conceive a city old-age community to meet the living needs of the elderly. From each angle to explore, finally come to a set of perfect system. Based on the analysis of the adaptability of the urban community for the aged, this paper summarizes the most suitable design method for the elderly. To sum up, the urban old-age community is the most suitable living mode for the elderly in China, and the indoor and outdoor adaptive design mode of the old-age community is also discussed in this kind of living mode.
