【摘要】：葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想極具自身特色之處,對中國特色社會主義政治發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文將葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想及實踐同當前建設社會主義政治文明、全面建設小康社會、實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復興“中國夢”結(jié)合起來進行研究和探討。主要從四個大部分論述葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想。首先是對政治文明基本內(nèi)涵進行科學的論述,為研究葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想奠定理論基礎。其次,分析葉劍英是如何汲取古今中外的政治文明理論成果的,結(jié)合葉劍英自身所處的時代背景和個人實踐,論述葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想形成的思想淵源和現(xiàn)實基礎。然后,系統(tǒng)梳理葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想的主要內(nèi)容。最后則研究葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想的當代意義。這部分是本文的落腳點,主要是研究葉劍英與毛澤東、鄧小平的社會主義政治文明建設思想之比較,突出葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想的歷史地位和理論特征,結(jié)尾著重論述在當今新時期新形勢下,葉劍英社會主義政治文明建設思想在加強社會主義民主、推進全面依法治國、進行從嚴治黨和維護國家統(tǒng)一等四個方面的當代價值。
[Abstract]:Ye Jianying's thought of socialist political civilization construction has its own characteristics, which is of great significance to the political development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This paper combines Chinese Dream's thought and practice of building socialist political civilization with the current construction of socialist political civilization, building a well-off society in an all-round way, and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It mainly discusses Ye Jianying's thought of socialist political civilization construction from four major parts. Firstly, the basic connotation of political civilization is discussed scientifically, which lays a theoretical foundation for studying Ye Jianying's thought of socialist political civilization construction. Secondly, it analyzes how Ye Jianying draws on the theoretical achievements of political civilization in ancient, modern and foreign countries, and combines the background of the era and personal practice of Ye Jianying itself. This paper discusses the ideological origin and realistic basis of the formation of Ye Jianying's socialist political civilization construction thought. Then, the system combs Ye Jianying socialist political civilization construction thought main content. Finally, it studies the contemporary significance of Ye Jianying's socialist political civilization construction thought. This part is the foothold of this paper, mainly to study the comparison of the socialist political civilization construction thought between Ye Jianying and Mao Zedong, and to highlight the historical position and theoretical characteristics of the socialist political civilization construction thought. At the end of this paper, the author emphasizes on the contemporary value of Ye Jianying's socialist political civilization construction in four aspects: strengthening socialist democracy, promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, administering the party strictly and safeguarding the unity of the country under the new situation in the new era.
