【摘要】：銀發(fā)浪潮來襲,老齡化在快速地發(fā)展,老齡事業(yè)的發(fā)展遇到重大的挑戰(zhàn)。老年女性作為老年群體中的特殊、弱勢群體,其養(yǎng)老福利問題值得關(guān)注。文章從社會性別的視角分析老年女性養(yǎng)老福利需求遇到的障礙,并針對其障礙提出了確保老年女性養(yǎng)老福利供給的對策和建議,希望改善老年女性的生存狀況,擺脫老年貧困,滿足老年女性的養(yǎng)老福利需求,實現(xiàn)老年女性老有所養(yǎng)、老有所醫(yī)、老有所教、老有所學(xué)、老有所為、老有所樂。
[Abstract]:The trend of silver hair is coming, aging is developing rapidly, and the development of the cause of aging has met with great challenges. As a special and vulnerable group in the elderly, the elderly women should pay close attention to their pension benefits. This paper analyzes the obstacles to the elderly women's pension welfare demand from the perspective of gender, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to ensure the elderly women's old-age welfare supply, hoping to improve the living conditions of the elderly women and get rid of the old age poverty. To meet the needs of elderly women's old-age welfare, to realize the elderly women have a sense of security, the elderly have a medical care, a sense of education, a sense of learning, a sense of health, a sense of happiness.
