【摘要】：民眾主義是拉美地區(qū)重要的政治、經(jīng)濟、社會和文化現(xiàn)象。民眾主義一詞被經(jīng)濟學(xué)家、政治學(xué)者、社會學(xué)家和歷史學(xué)家廣泛使用,逐漸變成一個模糊和含混的概念。自20世紀初以來,民眾主義在拉美地區(qū)獲得持續(xù)不斷的發(fā)展,并對該地區(qū)的政治、經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重大影響。民眾主義現(xiàn)象引起拉美地區(qū)學(xué)者的高度關(guān)注,學(xué)者們從不同學(xué)科和學(xué)術(shù)背景出發(fā),對民眾主義給出各種各樣的定義,對拉美民眾主義的基本內(nèi)涵、特征、發(fā)展路徑、本質(zhì)、政治影響、缺陷以及民眾主義政權(quán)的特點等作出了多種研究和解釋。此外,拉美地區(qū)學(xué)者還對20世紀八九十年代的新民眾主義以及進入新世紀以來的左翼民眾主義進行了大量研究,提出了許多重要觀點和見解。拉美學(xué)者研究民眾主義的視角和視野不同,立場和觀點也不盡一致,但在一定程度上揭示了拉美人對民眾主義的態(tài)度、立場和觀點,不僅可為中國學(xué)界了解拉美民眾主義提供一些素材,也為加深對該問題的研究提供了一些參照。
[Abstract]:Populism is an important political, economic, social and cultural phenomenon in Latin America. The word "Populism" is widely used by economists, political scholars, sociologists and historians, gradually becoming a vague and ambiguous concept. Since the beginning of the twentieth Century, the populism has gained continuous development in the region of Latin America, and the administration of the region. Governance, economic and social development has a major impact. The phenomenon of populism has aroused great concern from Latin American scholars. From different disciplines and academic backgrounds, scholars give various definitions to the populism, the basic connotation, characteristics, development path, essence, political influence, defects and populist politics of Latin American populism. In addition, the Latin American scholars have made a lot of research on the New Populism in 80s and 90s twentieth Century and the left wing populism since the new century, and put forward many important views and opinions. The Latin American scholars have studied the perspective and view of the populism, and the standpoint and view. It is not the same, but to a certain extent, it reveals the attitudes, positions and views of the Latin American to the populism, which not only provides some material for the Chinese academic community to understand Latin American populism, but also provides some reference for further research on the issue.
