【摘要】：鄧小平國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分,鄧小平同志冷靜地分析了當(dāng)時(shí)國(guó)內(nèi)外的局勢(shì),并對(duì)時(shí)代特征與世界局勢(shì)作出敏銳地判斷,認(rèn)為和平與發(fā)展是時(shí)代主題,世界將會(huì)朝向多極化方向發(fā)展。面對(duì)世界格局的新變化,鄧小平同志制定出了與當(dāng)時(shí)世界發(fā)展潮流相匹配的國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略與國(guó)內(nèi)政策,這些思想為中國(guó)的發(fā)展創(chuàng)造了和平的國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)境。新世紀(jì)以來(lái),面對(duì)國(guó)際形勢(shì)的變化和我國(guó)自身的發(fā)展情況,黨和國(guó)家提出了中國(guó)要走和平發(fā)展的道路。鄧小平的國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略是以和平發(fā)展為主題的戰(zhàn)略思想,和平發(fā)展既是時(shí)代的潮流也是中國(guó)崛起的宣言。中國(guó)的發(fā)展是和平的發(fā)展,中國(guó)走的路是和平發(fā)展道路。本文在借鑒已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,分五章對(duì)鄧小平的國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想與中國(guó)的和平發(fā)展道路進(jìn)行論述。第一章緒論,簡(jiǎn)要的闡述本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究現(xiàn)狀以及可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。第二章介紹了鄧小平國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想形成的背景以及理論文化來(lái)源。第三章闡述了鄧小平國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想的主要內(nèi)容,鄧小平準(zhǔn)確地把握住了國(guó)際環(huán)境,準(zhǔn)確定位中國(guó)在國(guó)際上的地位,堅(jiān)持從國(guó)家利益角度處理問(wèn)題,以“一國(guó)兩制”的完美構(gòu)想來(lái)促進(jìn)國(guó)家的統(tǒng)一,運(yùn)用靈活務(wù)實(shí)的外交方針處理國(guó)際關(guān)系。第四章說(shuō)明了鄧小平國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想的特色是平發(fā)展道路。中國(guó)堅(jiān)決反對(duì)霸權(quán)主義強(qiáng)權(quán)政治維護(hù)世界和平,堅(jiān)持和平共處實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏目標(biāo),開(kāi)展多邊外交營(yíng)造良好的外交關(guān)系。第五章闡述了鄧小平國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想在新時(shí)期的發(fā)展和思考。在和平與發(fā)展仍然是時(shí)代主題的背景下,中國(guó)在和諧世界的外交理念指引下,進(jìn)一步打開(kāi)外交新格局,并且對(duì)中國(guó)的外交方針是否應(yīng)當(dāng)作出新的定位展開(kāi)思索。通過(guò)本文的研究,能使我們深刻地了解鄧小平國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵。面對(duì)當(dāng)前的國(guó)際形勢(shì),繼承和發(fā)展鄧小平國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略思想對(duì)我國(guó)的和平發(fā)展道路具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義,對(duì)我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重要的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. Comrade Deng Xiaoping calmly analyzed the situation at home and abroad at that time, made a sharp judgment on the characteristics of the times and the world situation, and held that peace and development were the themes of the times.The world will move towards multi-polarization.In the face of the new changes in the world pattern, Comrade Deng Xiaoping formulated international strategies and domestic policies corresponding to the current of world development at that time, which created a peaceful international and domestic environment for China's development.Since the new century, in the face of the change of international situation and the development of our country, the Party and the country have put forward the road of peaceful development for China.Deng Xiaoping's international strategy is a strategic thought with the theme of peaceful development. Peaceful development is not only the trend of the times but also the declaration of China's rise.China's development is peaceful development, and China's road is peaceful development.Based on the existing research results, this paper discusses Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought and China's peaceful development path in five chapters.The first chapter introduces the background, significance, research status and possible innovation of this paper.The second chapter introduces the background of Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought and its theoretical and cultural origin.The third chapter expounds the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thinking. Deng Xiaoping has accurately grasped the international environment, accurately positioned China's position in the international community, and persisted in handling problems from the angle of national interests.The ideal concept of "one country, two systems" is to promote national reunification and to handle international relations with flexible and pragmatic diplomatic policy.The fourth chapter explains Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought characteristic is level development road.China firmly opposes hegemonic power politics to safeguard world peace, insists on peaceful coexistence to achieve the goal of mutual benefit and win-win situation, and develops multilateral diplomacy to build good diplomatic relations.Chapter five expounds the development and thinking of Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought in the new period.Under the background that peace and development are still the theme of the times, under the guidance of the diplomatic concept of a harmonious world, China further opens up a new pattern of diplomacy and ponders whether China's foreign policy should make a new orientation.Through the study of this paper, we can deeply understand the scientific connotation of Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought.In the face of the current international situation, inheriting and developing Deng Xiaoping's international strategic thought is of far-reaching significance to the peaceful development of our country and of great value to China's modernization drive.
