【摘要】：創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享等新發(fā)展理念是具有內(nèi)在邏輯系統(tǒng)的整體性"理論遠(yuǎn)見",既需要"分門別類"式的闡釋,更需要整體性的哲學(xué)思考。從整體性的哲學(xué)視角出發(fā),新發(fā)展理念彰顯了批判性與超越性的精神品質(zhì),蘊(yùn)含著人本觀念、生態(tài)意識(shí)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)視角、責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)與未來導(dǎo)向五個(gè)層面的基本立場(chǎng),并在此基礎(chǔ)上建構(gòu)了"問題范式""價(jià)值范式"和"質(zhì)量范式"。
[Abstract]:The new development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, opening and sharing have the integral "theoretical vision" of internal logic system, which need not only the explanation of "classification", but also the overall philosophical thinking.From the perspective of holistic philosophy, the new concept of development demonstrates the spiritual quality of criticism and transcendence, and contains five basic standpoints: humanism, ecological consciousness, risk perspective, responsibility bearing and future guidance.On this basis, it constructs the problem paradigm, the value paradigm and the quality paradigm.
