【摘要】：東南亞國家從威權(quán)走向民主的政治發(fā)展之路曲折動(dòng)蕩,面臨憲政民主、經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、分配公平、民族和解等諸多艱巨任務(wù),這條路各國走得不盡相同,但是,一個(gè)大致相似的經(jīng)歷是,民粹主義是其間影響最為廣泛和沖擊最為強(qiáng)烈的政治考驗(yàn)。東南亞民粹主義涵蓋了該地區(qū)普遍存在的各種大眾政治現(xiàn)象及其背后的精英政治,它在民主的躁動(dòng)中萌發(fā),在精英的博弈中成型,展現(xiàn)出3個(gè)層面的形態(tài),一是強(qiáng)調(diào)分配正義的福利導(dǎo)向,二是突顯階級(jí)政治的左翼色彩,三是基于政治競爭與生存安全的策略選擇。相比于歐美和拉美,東南亞可謂民粹主義的新發(fā)地,有著豐富的本土體驗(yàn)與獨(dú)特的區(qū)域特色,東南亞民粹主義的整體性視域有助于探索該地區(qū)的政治共性與民粹主義區(qū)域特質(zhì)。
[Abstract]:The road of political development from authoritarianism to democracy in Southeast Asia is tortuous and turbulent, facing many arduous tasks such as constitutional democracy, economic growth, fair distribution, national reconciliation, and so on.A more or less similar experience is that populism is the most influential and powerful political test.Populism in Southeast Asia covers all kinds of popular political phenomena in the region and the elite politics behind it. It germinates in the restlessness of democracy and takes shape in the game of the elite.One is to emphasize the welfare orientation of distributive justice, the other is to highlight the left-wing color of class politics, and the third is to choose strategies based on political competition and survival security.Compared with Europe, America and Latin America, Southeast Asia is a new place of populism, with rich local experience and unique regional characteristics. The holistic perspective of Southeast Asian populism is helpful to explore the political commonness and populist regional characteristics of the region.
