【摘要】：“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局是以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央面對(duì)世情、國情和黨情的深刻復(fù)雜變化,統(tǒng)籌國內(nèi)國際兩個(gè)大局,堅(jiān)定道路自信、理論自信、制度自信和文化自信,立足中國實(shí)際所提出的治國理政新戰(zhàn)略,是馬克思主義中國化的理論成果。馬克思主義中國化是指將馬克思主義基本原理與中國具體實(shí)際相結(jié)合,其中與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化相結(jié)合是馬克思主義中國化的題中應(yīng)有之義。優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化作為中華民族獨(dú)特的精神標(biāo)識(shí),涵括豐富,在近五千年的發(fā)展進(jìn)程中逐步形成了訴諸整體、辯證綜合與和諧共生的思維方式,是中華民族立足于世界文化之林的根基�！八膫�(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局作為馬克思主義中國化的理論成果,植根于優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的沃土之中,并促進(jìn)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承和創(chuàng)新。探究“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的關(guān)系,應(yīng)在唯物辯證法的視域下進(jìn)行審視。一方面,優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化是“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局形成的內(nèi)生性力量。首先,從宏觀視域看,即以優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的思維方式從整體上觀照“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局。優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局提供了訴諸整體、辯證綜合與和諧共生的思維方式啟迪;其次,從微觀視域看,即探究優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局提供的治國理政的思想資源。優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為全面建成小康社會(huì)提供了以人為中心要素的整體觀、生態(tài)倫理等思想資源;優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為全面深化改革提供了變易、創(chuàng)新等思想資源;優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為全面依法治國提供了法治、民本、禮法合治和公平正義等思想資源;優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化為全面從嚴(yán)治黨提供了選賢任能、修身律己、廉政等思想資源。另一方面,“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局是優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展的外生性動(dòng)力。首先,“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局的外在要求和優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化更化日新的獨(dú)特發(fā)展機(jī)制,構(gòu)成了優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化、創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展的雙重動(dòng)因;其次,優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展的路徑在于廓清對(duì)待優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的錯(cuò)誤傾向,樹立正確的文化心態(tài)——文化自信;再次,優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化和創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展是傳播好中國聲音、講好中國故事的邏輯前提,是建構(gòu)具有民族性,體現(xiàn)中國風(fēng)格、中國氣派的中國特色哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)的題中應(yīng)有之義,有利于提高國家文化軟實(shí)力和實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的中國夢。一言蔽之,“四個(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化相輔相成,相得益彰,統(tǒng)一于中國特色社會(huì)主義偉大實(shí)踐中�！八膫�(gè)全面”戰(zhàn)略布局是在馬克思主義與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的交融中形成的,使馬克思主義中國化發(fā)展到新境界,揭示了馬克思主義與優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化融合共生的邏輯進(jìn)路。
[Abstract]:The "four comprehensive" strategic layout is that the Party Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, faces the profound and complex changes in the world, the national conditions and the party's feelings, plans the overall situation at home and abroad, and firmly believes in the road, theory, system, and culture.The new strategy of running a country based on China's reality is the theoretical achievement of Marxism in China.The Sinicization of Marxism refers to the combination of the basic principles of Marxism and the concrete reality of China, in which the combination of the excellent traditional culture is the proper meaning of the Sinicization of Marxism.As the unique spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation, excellent traditional culture has been rich in content. In the course of nearly five thousand years of development, it has gradually formed the thinking mode of appealing to the whole, dialectical synthesis and harmonious symbiosis.It is the foundation of the Chinese nation based on the forest of world culture.As a theoretical achievement of Marxism in China, the "four all-round" strategic layout is rooted in the fertile soil of excellent traditional culture and promotes the inheritance and innovation of excellent traditional culture.To explore the relationship between the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and excellent traditional culture, we should examine it from the perspective of materialist dialectics.On the one hand, excellent traditional culture is the endogenous force of the four-round strategic layout.First of all, from the macro perspective, that is to view the "four comprehensive" strategic layout from the perspective of excellent traditional culture.The excellent traditional culture provides the enlightenment of the thinking mode of "four comprehensive" strategic layout, which appeals to the whole, dialectical synthesis and harmonious symbiosis.That is to explore the excellent traditional culture for the "four-round" strategic layout to provide the ideological resources of governance.Excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as human being as the central factor, ecological ethics and other ideological resources for building a well-to-do society in an all-round way, and excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as change and innovation for deepening the reform in an all-round way.Excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as rule by law, people first, rule of etiquette and law, fairness and justice, and so on; excellent traditional culture provides ideological resources such as selecting talents, exercising self-discipline, and incorruptible government for ruling the Party in an all-round and strict manner.On the other hand, the "four-round" strategic layout is the external motive force for creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture.First of all, the external requirements of the "four comprehensive" strategic layout and the unique development mechanism of the outstanding traditional culture become more and more new, which constitute the dual motivation for the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional culture.The path of creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture lies in clarifying the wrong tendency towards the excellent traditional culture and establishing the correct cultural mentality-cultural self-confidence.Achieving creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional culture is the logical premise of spreading Chinese sound and telling Chinese stories well, and it is also a logical premise of constructing a nation with a national character and embodying the Chinese style.The proper meaning of the Chinese style philosophy and social science with Chinese characteristics is helpful to improve the soft power of national culture and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In a word, the "four all-round" strategic layout and excellent traditional culture complement each other and complement each other, and are unified in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The strategic layout of "four all-round" is formed in the blend of Marxism and excellent traditional culture, which makes Marxism develop into a new realm in China, and reveals the logical way of integration and symbiosis between Marxism and excellent traditional culture.
