【摘要】：基于授權認知模型、社會認同理論等理論考察了心理授權對農村小學校長工作滿意度的影響以及職業(yè)認同的中介效應和情緒智力的調節(jié)效應。采用心理授權量表、職業(yè)認同量表、情緒智力量表與工作滿意度量表對隨機抽取的269名農村小學校長進行調查。結果顯示:(1)心理授權、職業(yè)認同、情緒智力與工作滿意度這四個變量均兩兩正相關;(2)心理授權、職業(yè)認同會正向預測農村小學校長工作滿意度,心理授權會正向預測職業(yè)認同;(3)職業(yè)認同在心理授權與工作滿意度之間起中介作用;(4)情緒智力調節(jié)了職業(yè)認同對農村小學校長工作滿意度的影響。因此,心理授權對農村小學校長工作滿意度的影響是一個有調節(jié)的中介效應。
[Abstract]:Based on the cognitive model of empowerment and the theory of social identity, this paper investigates the influence of psychological empowerment on the job satisfaction of rural primary school principals, the mediating effect of professional identity and the regulating effect of emotional intelligence.The psychological empowerment scale, occupational identity scale, emotional intelligence scale and job satisfaction scale were used to investigate 269 rural primary school principals randomly selected.The results showed that: 1) Psychological empowerment, professional identity, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction were all positively correlated with psychological empowerment, and occupational identity could positively predict the job satisfaction of rural primary school principals.Professional identity plays an intermediary role between psychological empowerment and job satisfaction. 4) emotional intelligence regulates the influence of occupational identity on the job satisfaction of rural primary school principals.Therefore, the influence of psychological empowerment on the job satisfaction of rural primary school principals is a moderated intermediary effect.
