【摘要】：領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論是研究領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有效性的理論,其研究最早興起于企業(yè)管理領(lǐng)域,并不斷擴展至組織行為學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會學(xué)和政治學(xué)。歐盟治理過程中存在著大量領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和追隨者的互動現(xiàn)象,但是較少使用領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論來進(jìn)行分析。在現(xiàn)階段,歐盟面臨多重危機,德國被視為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)歐盟成員國規(guī)避、克服危機的主要力量。以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)理論為分析框架,將其應(yīng)用于歐洲一體化和歐盟治理研究,分析德國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有效性問題,能夠突破思維定勢,增強對復(fù)雜現(xiàn)象的解釋力。
[Abstract]:The theory of leadership is the theory of leadership effectiveness, which originated in the field of enterprise management and has been extended to organizational behavior, psychology, sociology and political science.There is a lot of interaction between leaders and followers in the process of EU governance, but leadership theory is seldom used to analyze it.At this stage, with the EU facing multiple crises, Germany is seen as the main force leading EU member states to circumvent and overcome the crisis.Taking the leadership theory as the analytical framework, applying it to the study of European integration and European Union governance, and analyzing the effectiveness of German leadership, it can break through the fixed thinking pattern and enhance the explanatory power of complex phenomena.
