【摘要】：1902年和1903年,即農(nóng)歷壬寅年和癸卯年,由于受戰(zhàn)亂、加開恩科等種種原因影響,清政府相繼舉行了兩次鄉(xiāng)試,山西省為《辛丑條約》內(nèi)的禁考條款所限,全省有多地考生五年內(nèi)不能參加科舉考試,太原也不能舉辦山西鄉(xiāng)試。最終山西省這兩次鄉(xiāng)試借用陜西貢院與陜西省進(jìn)行合闈考試。這兩次鄉(xiāng)試既是清政府在庚子事變后的窘境的一個(gè)縮影,又能在一定程度上反映新舊更迭之際的科場(chǎng)情形。
[Abstract]:In 1902 and 1903, that is, in the years of Zen Yin and Kui Mao in the lunar calendar, due to various reasons, such as the war and the addition of Enke, the Qing government held two rural tests one after another, and Shanxi Province was restricted by the proscription clauses in the "Treaty of Xin Chou".The province has a number of candidates within five years can not participate in the imperial examination, Taiyuan can not hold Shanxi rural test.Finally, Shanxi Province to borrow the two rural test Shaanxi Gong Yuan and Shaanxi Province for the examination.These two rural tests are not only a microcosm of the quandary of Qing government after the Gengzi incident, but also a reflection of the situation of the new and the old.
