【摘要】：對(duì)思想政治教育具有歷史性變革的理念進(jìn)行觀念史的考察,是提升其學(xué)科之科學(xué)性品質(zhì)的必要工作。在當(dāng)代中國(guó)社會(huì)語(yǔ)境中考察"以人為本"觀念,它的歷史演進(jìn)邏輯是:由借鑒西方企業(yè)"以人為本"管理理念而登陸中國(guó),由行業(yè)管理理念而進(jìn)入社會(huì)管理場(chǎng)域,隨后上升為黨和國(guó)家對(duì)公民道德建設(shè)乃至思想政治工作的頂層設(shè)計(jì),成為一種全新的社會(huì)文化理念而受到人們的普遍關(guān)注。與此同時(shí),"以人為本"也成為現(xiàn)代思想政治教育的新理念而得到充分研究與踐行。
[Abstract]:It is necessary to study the concept of the historic change of ideological and political education . It is necessary to improve the scientific quality of the subject . In the contemporary Chinese social context , the concept of " people - oriented " is examined , and its historical evolution logic is to enter China from the concept of " human - oriented " management in the western enterprise , and then to the top level design of the Party and the state for the construction of civil morality and ideological and political work , and become a brand - new idea of social culture . At the same time , " people - oriented " is also the new idea of modern ideological and political education .
