【摘要】：陳云是以毛澤東為核心的黨的第一代和以鄧小平為核心的黨的第二代中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的重要成員,他是偉大的革命家、政治家以及杰出的馬克思主義者。他在70多年的革命生涯中,為中國革命的勝利和社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)的發(fā)展作出了巨大的貢獻,建立了永不磨滅的功勛。他始終堅持馬克思主義基本原理同中國的具體實際相結(jié)合,創(chuàng)造性地領(lǐng)導(dǎo)經(jīng)濟理論、黨建理論和文化建設(shè)理論。因此,深入系統(tǒng)的研究陳云對改革開放新時期馬克思主義中國化的貢獻探索,對推進馬克思主義理論的發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新具有重要的借鑒意義。本文主要分為三部分:第一部分主要分析陳云在經(jīng)濟理論方面對馬克思主義中國化的貢獻,即:在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟理論方面較早明確提出社會主義經(jīng)濟分為計劃經(jīng)濟和市場調(diào)節(jié)兩種;在馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)理論方面明確提出國民經(jīng)濟必須堅持按比例原則和搞好綜合平衡;在利用外資、引進新技術(shù)和對外開放思想方面較早提出要研究、利用資本主義;在可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和保護環(huán)境基本國策形成方面較早提出要處理好人口、資源、環(huán)境的關(guān)系。第二部分從黨建理論方面對馬克思主義中國化的貢獻分析,即:在黨的思想路線方面創(chuàng)造性地提出了“十五字訣”;在黨風(fēng)建設(shè)方面最早提出“執(zhí)政黨的黨風(fēng)問題是有關(guān)黨的生死存亡的問題”;在黨的干部隊伍建設(shè)思想方面率先提出干部隊伍選拔“四化”標(biāo)準(zhǔn);在黨內(nèi)民主制度建設(shè)方面明確提出黨內(nèi)“要有民主生活制度”。第三部分主要分析陳云在文化建設(shè)理論方面對馬克思主義中國化的貢獻,即:在社會主義精神文明建設(shè)理論方面較早提出“兩個文明一起抓”的思想;在認(rèn)識知識分子在現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)中的地位方面強調(diào)知識分子是“工業(yè)化國家最寶貴的財富”;在社會主義教育理念方面明確提出“使教師工作真正成為社會上最受人尊敬、最值得羨慕的職業(yè)之一”;在對待傳統(tǒng)文化和推動傳統(tǒng)文化現(xiàn)代化方面強調(diào)“曲藝一定要適應(yīng)時代和群眾的需要”。陳云的思想是留給我們最寶貴的精神財富,是繼承和發(fā)展毛澤東思想的重要組成部分,也是馬克思主義中國化的重要理論成果,對于繼續(xù)開拓馬克思主義中國化新境界的今天具有巨大的推動作用。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun is an important member of the first generation of the Party with Mao Zedong as the core and the second generation of the central leading collective of the Party centered on Deng Xiaoping. He is a great revolutionary, a politician and an outstanding Marxist.In his more than 70 years of revolutionary career, he made great contributions to the victory of the Chinese revolution and the development of socialist construction, and established an indelible meritorious service.He always insisted on combining the basic principles of Marxism with China's concrete reality and creatively led the economic theory, the theory of party building, and the theory of cultural construction.Therefore, a deep and systematic study of Chen Yun's contribution to the Sinicization of Marxism in the new period of reform and opening up is of great significance for the development and innovation of Marxist theory.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part mainly analyzes Chen Yun's contribution to the Sinicization of Marxism in economic theory.That is: in the theory of socialist market economy, it was clearly put forward that socialist economy can be divided into planned economy and market regulation;In the aspect of Marxist political economy theory, it is clearly put forward that the national economy must adhere to the principle of proportionality and do well in comprehensive balance, that is, to study and utilize capitalism in the aspects of utilizing foreign capital, introducing new technology and opening up to the outside world.In the aspect of the theory of sustainable development and the formation of basic national policy of environmental protection, it is suggested that the relationship among population, resources and environment should be handled well.The second part analyzes the contribution of Marxism in China from the theory of Party building, that is, creatively put forward the "Fifteen characters" in the ideological line of the Party;In the aspect of party style construction, it is the first time to put forward "the problem of party style of the ruling party is related to the survival or death of the party", and the first to put forward the standard of "four modernizations" for the selection of cadres in the thought of building the party's cadre contingent.In the inner-party democratic system construction clearly put forward inner-party "must have the democratic life system".The third part mainly analyzes Chen Yun's contribution to the Sinicization of Marxism in the theory of cultural construction, that is, putting forward the idea of "grasping two civilizations together" earlier in the theory of socialist spiritual civilization construction;Emphasizing that intellectuals are "the most precious wealth of industrialized countries" in understanding the position of intellectuals in the modernization drive, and clearly stating in the socialist educational concept that "teachers' work is truly the most respected in society,"In dealing with traditional culture and promoting modernization of traditional culture, Quyi must be adapted to the needs of the times and the masses.Chen Yun's thought is the most precious spiritual wealth left to us, an important part of inheriting and developing Mao Zedong's thought, and also an important theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism.Continue to open up a new state of Marxism in China today has a huge role in promoting.
