【摘要】：本文考察了"文化大革命"期間的知識(shí)青年上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)與中國(guó)農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展二者之間的關(guān)系。它驗(yàn)證了知識(shí)青年旨在改善農(nóng)村生活水平所作出的種種努力,更為重要的是,地方干部如何借助知識(shí)青年的存在以獲得設(shè)備與技術(shù)培訓(xùn),并運(yùn)用他們的技術(shù)與教育來(lái)促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村工業(yè)的發(fā)展。設(shè)置于城市以及縣鎮(zhèn)的知識(shí)青年辦公室無(wú)意中為邊遠(yuǎn)的鄉(xiāng)村縣域和大中心城市之間提供了聯(lián)系,確保了從電線、廣播器材直到拖拉機(jī)、工廠機(jī)器設(shè)備在內(nèi)的數(shù)量龐大的原材料在城鄉(xiāng)之間的轉(zhuǎn)移。最后展現(xiàn)了知識(shí)青年、他們的家庭以及城市與農(nóng)村的官員——他們均無(wú)法決定政府的政策——對(duì)資源的辨識(shí)與運(yùn)用均遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超出了上山下鄉(xiāng)運(yùn)動(dòng)的預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:This paper examines the relationship between the movement of intellectual youth in the mountains and villages during the "Cultural Revolution" and the development of rural economy in China.It validates the efforts made by educated youth to improve the standard of living in rural areas and, more importantly, how local cadres benefit from the presence of educated youth to obtain equipment and technical training,And use their technology and education to promote the development of rural industry.The intellectual youth offices set up in cities and county towns inadvertently provide links between remote rural counties and large central cities, ensuring everything from wires and radio equipment to tractors.The transfer of large quantities of raw materials, including factory machinery and equipment, between urban and rural areas.Finally, it shows that educated young people, their families, and urban and rural officials-who are unable to determine government policy-identify and use resources far beyond the expectations of the rustic movement.
