【摘要】：社會(huì)歷史是其主導(dǎo)性力量不斷轉(zhuǎn)移與結(jié)構(gòu)要素轉(zhuǎn)型變遷的發(fā)展史。力量轉(zhuǎn)移的內(nèi)在邏輯要求治國(guó)理政既要強(qiáng)化政治行政力量,也要善于運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)、物質(zhì)驅(qū)動(dòng)力,特別要注重開(kāi)挖思想的力量,通過(guò)思維方式、價(jià)值觀念提高治國(guó)理政的水平。結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型是社會(huì)發(fā)展的深層本質(zhì),中國(guó)的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)和長(zhǎng)期行政權(quán)力主導(dǎo)下的局部改革與轉(zhuǎn)型遇到瓶頸,需要對(duì)政治權(quán)力結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)作方式進(jìn)行調(diào)整,重建個(gè)體精神世界與文化世界實(shí)現(xiàn)人的現(xiàn)代化,在普遍倫理、道義的原則下引領(lǐng)世界和平發(fā)展潮流,開(kāi)啟新的文明道路。
[Abstract]:Social history is the development history of its leading power constantly shifting and structural elements transforming and vicissitude.The internal logic of power transfer requires that political and administrative power should be strengthened, as well as economic and material driving forces should be used well. In particular, attention should be paid to excavating the power of thought, and the level of governance and administration should be improved through the mode of thinking and the concept of value.Structural transformation is the deep essence of social development. The local reform and transformation under the guidance of social structure and long-term administrative power in China meet with bottlenecks, so it is necessary to adjust the structure and mode of operation of political power.To rebuild the individual spiritual world and the cultural world to realize the modernization of human beings, to lead the trend of peaceful development of the world under the principle of universal ethics and morality, and to open a new path of civilization.
