【摘要】：目的1.界定居家養(yǎng)老照料服務(wù)工作量測(cè)量項(xiàng)目;2.測(cè)算居家養(yǎng)老照料服務(wù)的工作量,為居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)人力資源配置提供客觀數(shù)據(jù)支持。方法1.文獻(xiàn)研究和研究小組討論的基礎(chǔ)上形成居家養(yǎng)老照料服務(wù)項(xiàng)目條目池,采用兩輪Delphi法對(duì)24名專家進(jìn)行函詢,形成居家養(yǎng)老照料服務(wù)工作量測(cè)算項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容。2.目的抽取鄭州市兩家居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心7名不同職業(yè)等級(jí)的養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員,運(yùn)用工時(shí)測(cè)量法,測(cè)算養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員的直接、間接照料服務(wù)項(xiàng)目工時(shí)及一周工作量;采用頻數(shù)、百分比描述養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員的一般資料;采用X±s描述常見(jiàn)照料服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的工時(shí);采用兩獨(dú)立樣本的t檢驗(yàn)分析不同中心每天每位養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員直接、間接照料服務(wù)工時(shí)的差異;不同中心每天每位養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員生活照料、健康照料、精神慰藉的照料服務(wù)工時(shí)差異。結(jié)果1.兩輪Delphi專家咨詢,形成社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員工作量測(cè)算項(xiàng)目,包括一級(jí)條目3項(xiàng)、二級(jí)條目14項(xiàng)、三級(jí)條目69項(xiàng),其中直接照料項(xiàng)目45項(xiàng)、間接照料項(xiàng)目24項(xiàng)。2.測(cè)定出本課題確定的直接、間接照料服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的工時(shí)及養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員一周工作量。3.居家養(yǎng)老照料服務(wù)的直接照料項(xiàng)目工時(shí)比重較低,兩中心分別為46.0%、42.1%。不同居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員平均每人每天服務(wù)的間接照料服務(wù)工時(shí)之間有差異(P0.05)。4.居家養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員一周提供的服務(wù)內(nèi)容主要是日常生活照料,兩中心分別是86.6%、53.1%。不同居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心每天每位護(hù)理員生活照料服務(wù)工時(shí)之間有差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論1.基于Delphi法篩選的居家養(yǎng)老照料服務(wù)工作量測(cè)算項(xiàng)目具有可操作性及實(shí)用性;2.本研究所測(cè)的直接、間接照料服務(wù)項(xiàng)目工時(shí)結(jié)果,社區(qū)居家養(yǎng)老在計(jì)算工作量、配置養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員人力時(shí)可借鑒使用。3.居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)中心的直接照料服務(wù)工時(shí)比重較低,需要有針對(duì)性的減少間接照料服務(wù)工時(shí),使養(yǎng)老護(hù)理員有更多的時(shí)間和精力為老年人提供直接照料服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Objective 1.Define home care service workload measurement project 2. 5.To calculate the workload of home care service and provide objective data support for home pension service human resource allocation.Method 1.On the basis of literature research and research group discussion, the item pool of home old-age care service project was formed, and the two-round Delphi method was used to inquire 24 experts to form the content of the workload calculation project of home old-age care service.Objective to select 7 old-age care workers of different occupational grades from two home care centers in Zhengzhou, and to calculate the direct and indirect care project working hours and the workload of one week by using the method of man-hour measurement.The percentage describes the general data of the carers, X 鹵s is used to describe the working hours of the common care service items, and the t-test of two independent samples is used to analyze the difference of the direct and indirect care service hours per day in different centers.The daily working hours of care, health care and mental comfort care for each carer in different centers are different.Result 1.Two rounds of Delphi expert consultation, formed the community home old-age care worker workload calculation project, including the first class item 3 items, the second level item 14 items, the third level item 69 items, among them direct care project 45 items, indirect care project 24 items .2.The working hours of direct and indirect care services and the workloads of old-age care workers per week were determined.The proportion of working hours of the direct care project in the home care service is low, the two centers are 46.0 and 42.1 respectively.There is a difference between the working hours of indirect care services per person per day in different home care centers (P0.05. 4).The services provided by the carers at home in a week are mainly daily care, and the two centers are 86.6 and 53.1respectively.There is a difference between the daily working hours of care service per carer in different home care centers (P0.05).Conclusion 1.It is feasible and practical to calculate the workload of home care service based on Delphi method.The results of the direct and indirect care service project man-hours measured in this study can be used for reference when calculating the workload and allocating the manpower of the carers in the community.The proportion of direct care service hours in the home care center is low, so it is necessary to reduce the indirect care service hours, so that the old-age care workers have more time and energy to provide direct care services for the elderly.
