【摘要】：中國在提出構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體的過程中,既吸收和借鑒了西方國際關(guān)系理論的合理因素,又超越和揚(yáng)棄了其不合時宜的成分。西方國際關(guān)系理論涉及很多與人類命運(yùn)共同體相關(guān)的內(nèi)容,如國家主權(quán)原則在國際關(guān)系中的運(yùn)用,國家之間權(quán)力分配對于體系穩(wěn)定的意義,相互依賴對國家間沖突或合作的影響,全球治理的主要價值指向和基本途徑,國際社會之所以優(yōu)于國際體系的重要根源,以及多元安全共同體對共同體意識的強(qiáng)調(diào)等。但同時,人類命運(yùn)共同體又在很多方面超越了西方國際關(guān)系理論的局限,強(qiáng)調(diào)要在"共商"、"共建"的基礎(chǔ)上建立一個"共享"的世界新秩序,因此在價值指向上是對西方國際關(guān)系理論的升華。
[Abstract]:In the process of constructing the community of human destiny, China has absorbed and used for reference the reasonable factors of the western theory of international relations. Western theories of international relations involve a lot of contents related to the community of human destiny, such as the application of the principle of state sovereignty in international relations, and the significance of the distribution of power between countries for the stability of the system. The impact of interdependence on conflicts or cooperation between States, the main value points and basic approaches of global governance, the important causes of the superiority of the international community over the international system, and the emphasis placed by the pluralistic security community on the sense of community... but at the same time, In many ways, the Community of Human Destiny transcends the limitations of Western theories of international relations and emphasizes the establishment of a new world order of "sharing" on the basis of "co-discussion" and "co-construction". Therefore, it is the sublimation of the western theory of international relations in the direction of value.
