【摘要】：自1978年改革開放以來,我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型逐年加快,隨之而來的是中國(guó)社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷分化。在社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷分化過程中,我國(guó)的中產(chǎn)階層逐步興起并逐年壯大。對(duì)我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層的界定方法和規(guī)模變化的關(guān)注,構(gòu)成了本文的問題意識(shí)和分析的起點(diǎn)。本文的研究通過使用中國(guó)綜合社會(huì)調(diào)查在2010年至2013年連續(xù)年份的數(shù)據(jù),嘗試采用職業(yè)、收入、教育三個(gè)要素綜合的社會(huì)分層劃分方法,劃分出我國(guó)的中產(chǎn)階層,對(duì)其規(guī)模變化、要素特征、變化原因等問題進(jìn)行了探討,并嘗試對(duì)促進(jìn)我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層的壯大進(jìn)行路徑思考。通過對(duì)中產(chǎn)階層規(guī)模變化的嘗試探討,本文認(rèn)為我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層在總上呈現(xiàn)出一種緩慢擴(kuò)大的趨勢(shì),在職業(yè)、教育、收入三要素對(duì)中產(chǎn)階層的匹配度方面,教育要素相對(duì)更活躍一些,職業(yè)、收入要素相對(duì)更穩(wěn)健一些;在中產(chǎn)階層規(guī)模變化程度方面,從要素制約上看,相比于職業(yè)要素、教育要素,收入要素可能對(duì)我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層規(guī)模起相對(duì)的制約作用。在分析中產(chǎn)階層規(guī)模變化基礎(chǔ)上,本文也嘗試進(jìn)一步探討影響當(dāng)前我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的原因,以及如何為中產(chǎn)階層壯大助力。探討影響當(dāng)前我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的原因方面,本文認(rèn)為,國(guó)家收入分配政策、我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整與發(fā)展、我國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展是影響我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層規(guī)模擴(kuò)大的主要原因;在對(duì)中產(chǎn)階層壯大提供助力的探討上,本文認(rèn)為國(guó)家應(yīng)從提升人口城鎮(zhèn)化率、提升第三產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化程度、繼續(xù)制定更合理分配制度、完善法律法規(guī)、繼續(xù)提升高等教育質(zhì)量等方面,為我國(guó)中產(chǎn)階層的發(fā)展壯大提供良好條件和驅(qū)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening to the outside world in 1978, China's economy has been developing and the social transformation has been accelerating year by year, followed by the continuous differentiation of the social structure in China. The middle class of our country rises gradually and grows stronger year by year. Attention is paid to the definition method and the change of scale of the middle class in our country. By using the data of China Comprehensive Social Survey from 2010 to 2013, the author tries to use the social stratification method of occupation, income and education. This paper divides the middle class of our country, probes into the change of its scale, the characteristics of elements and the reasons of its change, and tries to think about the path to promote the growth of the middle class in our country. This article thinks that the middle class in our country presents a slow expansion trend in the total. In the matching degree of occupation, education and income to the middle class, the education element is more active, the occupation, the income factor is relatively more stable; In terms of the change degree of the middle class scale, compared with the occupation factor, the education factor and the income factor, the income factor may play a relative role in restricting the middle class scale compared with the occupation factor, and on the basis of the analysis of the middle class scale change, This paper also attempts to further explore the reasons that affect the expansion of the middle class in our country, and how to help the middle class to expand, and the reasons that affect the expansion of the middle class in our country. The national income distribution policy, the industrial adjustment and development of our country, and the development of higher education in China are the main reasons that affect the expansion of the middle class in our country. This paper holds that the country should improve the rate of population urbanization, enhance the level of information in the tertiary industry, continue to formulate more reasonable distribution systems, perfect laws and regulations, and continue to improve the quality of higher education, etc. For the development of China's middle class to provide good conditions and driving force.
