【摘要】：當前,"不確定性"儼然成了觀察國際政治事件和現象的常用語。近年來,特別是2016年以來,英國脫歐公投、特朗普當選美國總統(tǒng)等發(fā)生在發(fā)達國家內部的政治進程都以遠超多數人預期的形式呈現在世人面前,這些事件雖發(fā)生在一國之內,但其影響卻是地區(qū)性乃至全球性的,從而引發(fā)人們廣泛關注。"不確定性"是對以往國際政治事件的描述,但更多是對這些事件可能造成的后續(xù)影響無法給出確定的答案。在一個充滿"不確定性"和國際格局加速調整的時代,是"關起門來搞建設",還是以開放的心態(tài)與他國合作應對挑戰(zhàn),成為擺在各國面前的一項戰(zhàn)略選擇。如何在不確定性中尋求確定性,如何在國際格局轉型變化中把握和平發(fā)展大勢,成為當下中國與世界互動時亟需解決的問題。針對以上問題,我刊專門邀請國際問題研究學者進行分析和探討,以饗讀者。
[Abstract]:At present, "uncertainty" has become a common term for observing international political events and phenomena. In recent years, especially since 2016, Britain has voted to leave the European Union. The political processes that have taken place within the developed countries, such as Trump's election as US president, are presented to the world in a way that far exceeds the expectations of the majority. Although these events take place in one country, their impact is regional and even global. "uncertainty" is a description of past international political events. But more often than not, there is no definitive answer to the possible consequences of these events. In an era of "uncertainty" and accelerated adjustment of the international landscape, Is it "building behind closed doors" or cooperating with other countries to meet the challenges with an open mind?. It has become a strategic choice in front of all countries. How to seek certainty in the midst of uncertainty? How to grasp the general trend of peaceful development in the changing international pattern has become a problem that needs to be solved in the interaction between China and the world at present. In view of the above problems, I specially invite scholars to analyze and discuss international issues in order to provide readers with dinner.
