【摘要】：2004年發(fā)生的印度洋海嘯對斯里蘭卡造成了嚴(yán)重?fù)p害,隨之而來的大量國內(nèi)和國際援助被人們稱為"金浪"。本文基于對于斯里蘭卡東南海海岸一個村落的民族志研究,通過人們的災(zāi)難記憶,特別是對于救援物資發(fā)放和領(lǐng)取的相關(guān)回憶,揭示地方的階級分層、種姓階序、族群和宗教身份的基本結(jié)構(gòu)如何在災(zāi)后救援物資發(fā)放和領(lǐng)取的過程中被展現(xiàn)出來。本文還通過分析村民爭取自身權(quán)益或者不齒他人無端索要援助等行為的敘述,來觀察人們?nèi)绾瓮ㄟ^敘事策略來改變自身的社會地位。人們的災(zāi)難敘事同時也展現(xiàn)了公民與政府治理結(jié)構(gòu)之間的關(guān)系,尤其是在斯里蘭卡內(nèi)戰(zhàn)的政治背景下,這些敘述更是形塑了族群身份與政治關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:The Indian Ocean tsunami in 2004 caused severe damage to Sri Lanka, and the resulting large amount of domestic and international aid was called the "Golden Wave." this paper is based on a ethnographic study of a village off the southeast coast of Sri Lanka. Through people's disaster memories, especially those related to the distribution and collection of relief supplies, the local class stratification and caste order are revealed. How the basic structure of ethnic and religious identity is revealed in the process of distributing and receiving relief materials after a disaster. This paper also analyzes the description of villagers' actions of fighting for their own rights or asking for assistance without reason. To see how people change their social status through narrative strategies. People's disaster narratives also show the relationship between citizens and government governance structures, especially in the political context of Sri Lanka's civil war. These narratives shape the relationship between ethnic identity and politics.
