【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不均衡性以及層出不窮的社會(huì)矛盾使得當(dāng)代青年的公平正義訴求受到了嚴(yán)重的挑戰(zhàn),也引發(fā)了越來越多的社會(huì)事件,影響了社會(huì)的安全與穩(wěn)定。無論從歷時(shí)性還是共時(shí)性的角度,解決并維護(hù)青年群體的公平正義問題不僅要重視機(jī)會(huì)公平、規(guī)則公平和權(quán)利公平,還要在全社會(huì)形成機(jī)會(huì)公平機(jī)制、社會(huì)援助機(jī)制、法律控制機(jī)制、政府問責(zé)機(jī)制和救濟(jì)保障機(jī)制。只有在國(guó)家相關(guān)政策和制度的引導(dǎo)下,全社會(huì)范圍內(nèi)形成廣泛共識(shí),關(guān)注青年不斷變化發(fā)展的公平正義觀,重視青年政策制定的必要性,轉(zhuǎn)變教育和管理理念,切實(shí)解決青年群體的問題和訴求,促使青年身心健康發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)青年群體的基本權(quán)利與公平正義,才能有效促進(jìn)社會(huì)穩(wěn)定進(jìn)步和國(guó)家繁榮昌盛。
[Abstract]:The imbalance of economic development and the endless social contradictions have seriously challenged the demands of the contemporary youth for fairness and justice, and caused more and more social events. Affecting the security and stability of society. Whether from a diachronic or a synchronic point of view, the issue of equity and justice for youth groups should be resolved and maintained with emphasis not only on equity of opportunity, fairness of rules and equity of rights, It is also necessary to form an opportunity equity mechanism, a social assistance mechanism, a legal control mechanism, a government accountability mechanism and a relief guarantee mechanism in the whole society. Only under the guidance of the relevant policies and systems of the state, a broad consensus is formed within the whole society. Paying attention to the changing concept of equity and justice of youth, emphasizing the necessity of youth policy formulation, changing the concept of education and management, effectively solving the problems and demands of youth groups, and promoting the development of young people's physical and mental health, Only by realizing the basic rights and fairness and justice of the youth group can we effectively promote social stability, progress and national prosperity.
