【摘要】：在新的發(fā)展理念指導(dǎo)下,社會(huì)建設(shè)和經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)同等重要,只有這樣才能彌補(bǔ)社會(huì)建設(shè)的短板,順利實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的真正協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。社會(huì)建設(shè)不僅有特定的范疇,而且有特殊的規(guī)律。黨的十八大報(bào)告指出,"加強(qiáng)社會(huì)建設(shè),是社會(huì)和諧穩(wěn)定的重要保證。必須從維護(hù)最廣大人民根本利益的高度,加快健全基本公共服務(wù)體系,加強(qiáng)和創(chuàng)新社會(huì)管理,推動(dòng)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)",由此完成了社會(huì)建設(shè)雙核驅(qū)動(dòng)、雙向互動(dòng)的新布局。本文以十八大以來習(xí)近平總書記系列講話精神為依據(jù),以黨中央和國務(wù)院的文件為根據(jù),以經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)實(shí)際發(fā)展為論據(jù),全面回顧了這五年間我國社會(huì)建設(shè)七大領(lǐng)域取得的重要成就,并對(duì)未來的社會(huì)建設(shè)進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:Under the guidance of the new concept of development, social construction and economic construction are equally important. Only in this way can we make up for the shortcomings of social construction and smoothly realize the real coordinated development of economy and society. Moreover, there are special laws. The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC pointed out that "strengthening social construction is an important guarantee of social harmony and stability. We must speed up the improvement of the basic public service system from the height of safeguarding the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people." Strengthening and innovating social management and promoting the construction of a harmonious socialist society ", thus completing the new layout of dual nuclear driving and two-way interaction in social construction. This article is based on the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches since the 18th National Congress. On the basis of the documents of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and on the basis of the actual economic and social development, this paper comprehensively reviews the important achievements made in the seven major fields of social construction in China during the past five years, and looks forward to the future social construction.
