【摘要】：社會(huì)組織不僅是居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建過(guò)程中不可或缺的供給方,而且在介入居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系構(gòu)建過(guò)程中也獲得孵化機(jī)會(huì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了自我介入式發(fā)展。依據(jù)社會(huì)組織在介入過(guò)程中所發(fā)揮的作用差異,概括出四種類(lèi)型介入式發(fā)展模式,即供養(yǎng)-連接型、供養(yǎng)型、連接型和不完全型社會(huì)組織。社會(huì)組織的未來(lái)發(fā)展路徑,即通過(guò)對(duì)初步介入的社會(huì)組織的孵化器建設(shè)、微利運(yùn)行,對(duì)中度介入的社會(huì)組織在供養(yǎng)和連接兩方面養(yǎng)老服務(wù)資源結(jié)合上的建設(shè),以及對(duì)深度介入的社會(huì)組織做定制化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化制定和服務(wù)均等化的實(shí)現(xiàn),提升居家養(yǎng)老服務(wù)水平。
[Abstract]:Social organizations are not only the indispensable providers in the process of constructing the home pension service system, but also the incubator meeting in the process of intervening in the construction of the home pension service system. According to the function difference of social organizations in the process of intervention, four types of interventional development modes are summarized, namely, supporting-connecting type, supporting type, supporting type, and so on. Connecting and incomplete social organizations. The future development path of social organizations, that is, through the construction of incubators for the initial involvement of social organizations, the operation of social organizations is of little benefit. The construction of medium intervention social organizations in supporting and connecting the two aspects of old-age service resources, as well as the depth of intervention of social organizations to make customized, standardized formulation and the realization of equalization of services, to improve the level of home pension services.
