【摘要】：美國(guó)插手臺(tái)灣問題由來(lái)已久,近期其介入力度有不斷加大之勢(shì)。美國(guó)加大介入力度的主要原因有:美國(guó)遏制中國(guó)的抓手減少、民進(jìn)黨上臺(tái)執(zhí)政、美國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)政局變化等。下一步,美國(guó)有可能會(huì)大力推進(jìn)與臺(tái)灣實(shí)質(zhì)外交關(guān)系,并進(jìn)一步加大對(duì)臺(tái)灣軍事支持力度,甚至有可能逐步將臺(tái)灣納入亞太軍事戰(zhàn)略體系,并最終建立美日臺(tái)軍事同盟。美國(guó)加大對(duì)臺(tái)灣問題的介入力度,將會(huì)危害中國(guó)主權(quán)和安全,影響中國(guó)戰(zhàn)略全局穩(wěn)定。在此形勢(shì)下,中國(guó)應(yīng)保持戰(zhàn)略定力,綜合采取經(jīng)濟(jì)、外交、軍事等手段,提前謀劃、部署和應(yīng)對(duì),按照有理、有利、有節(jié)的原則,堅(jiān)決遏止其挑釁行動(dòng),穩(wěn)固周邊戰(zhàn)略形勢(shì);同時(shí),加快發(fā)展綜合國(guó)力,為最終解決臺(tái)灣問題創(chuàng)造條件。
[Abstract]:The United States has been involved in the Taiwan issue for a long time, and recently its intervention has been increasing. The main reasons for the United States to step up its intervention are: the United States has less grip on containing China, the Democratic Progressive Party has taken power, the United States has changed its domestic political situation, and so on. The United States may vigorously promote substantive diplomatic relations with Taiwan, further increase its military support to Taiwan, and may even gradually bring Taiwan into the Asia-Pacific military strategic system. And finally establish the US-Japan-Taiwan military alliance. If the United States increases its involvement in the Taiwan issue, it will endanger China's sovereignty and security and affect China's overall strategic stability. Under this situation, China should maintain strategic stability and adopt comprehensive economic and diplomatic measures. Military and other means should plan, deploy, and respond ahead of time, resolutely curb their provocative actions and stabilize the strategic situation around them in accordance with the principle of rational, advantageous, and prudent measures; at the same time, speed up the development of comprehensive national strength and create conditions for the final settlement of the Taiwan issue.
