【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告再一次明確指出,民生問(wèn)題不僅事關(guān)廣大人民群眾最關(guān)心、最直接的利益,而且會(huì)影響到國(guó)家改革和發(fā)展的大局,事關(guān)我們黨能否長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定執(zhí)政,是黨和政府一直以來(lái)高度關(guān)注的重中之重。近些年來(lái),伴隨著改革開(kāi)放和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)的綜合國(guó)力顯著增強(qiáng),人民生活水平不斷提高,居民收入快速增長(zhǎng),家庭財(cái)產(chǎn)穩(wěn)步增加,實(shí)現(xiàn)了全國(guó)新型農(nóng)村社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)和城鎮(zhèn)居民社會(huì)養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)制度的全面覆蓋,初步建立了世界上規(guī)模最大的民生保障體系,我國(guó)的民生建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的成績(jī)。但同時(shí),隨著社會(huì)全面改革的深入發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和分配體制的重新建構(gòu),人民群眾對(duì)于各方面的利益訴求發(fā)生了明顯的變化,人們已經(jīng)不僅僅將物質(zhì)財(cái)富的擁有作為衡量幸福的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這要求我們調(diào)整發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,,拓寬改革思路,使人民生活在一個(gè)和諧、安詳、優(yōu)美的社會(huì)生態(tài)環(huán)境中。因此,構(gòu)建民生幸福勢(shì)在必行。本文分為以下四章：第一章緒論。闡述“民生幸�！眴�(wèn)題的研究背景和意義；分析國(guó)內(nèi)外民生問(wèn)題的研究現(xiàn)狀；提出文章的研究思路和研究方法。第二章民生幸福概念內(nèi)涵及研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。本章首先對(duì)“民生”、“幸�！奔啊懊裆腋！边M(jìn)行概念界定,以此為基礎(chǔ)從五個(gè)方面即學(xué)有所教、勞有所得、病有所醫(yī)、老有所養(yǎng)、住有所居揭示民生幸福的內(nèi)涵；并闡述民生幸福研究的理論基礎(chǔ),包括：馬克思恩格斯的民生思想,列寧的民生思想及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨主要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的民生思想。第三章當(dāng)代中國(guó)生幸�，F(xiàn)狀分析。全面分析當(dāng)代中國(guó)在民生建設(shè)上取得的成績(jī),找出民生建設(shè)過(guò)程中在教育、就業(yè)、醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老、住房等方面存在的主要問(wèn)題,并分析問(wèn)題存在的根源。第四章當(dāng)代中國(guó)民生幸福的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑。在前面研究的基礎(chǔ)上,從實(shí)現(xiàn)民生幸福的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)、政治保障、社會(huì)保障制度、精神文化基礎(chǔ)等方面對(duì)如何構(gòu)建民生幸福提出了具體的對(duì)策建議,主要包括：發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)、推動(dòng)民主、完善制度、繁榮文化等。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th CPC National Congress once again clearly pointed out that people's livelihood issues are not only related to the most concerned and direct interests of the broad masses of the people, but also will affect the overall situation of national reform and development, and whether our party can be stable and ruling for a long time. In recent years, with the rapid development of reform and opening up and economic and social development, China's comprehensive national strength has significantly increased, the living standards of the people have been continuously improved, and residents' incomes have increased rapidly. With the steady increase in family property, the comprehensive coverage of the new type of rural social old-age insurance and the urban residents' social old-age insurance system has been realized, and the largest livelihood security system in the world has been initially established. The construction of people's livelihood in our country has made remarkable achievements. But at the same time, with the thorough development of the overall social reform and the reconstruction of the economic system and the distribution system, the people's interest demands for all aspects have obviously changed. People have not only regarded the possession of material wealth as a measure of happiness, which requires us to adjust our development strategy and broaden our reform ideas so that people can live in a harmonious, peaceful and beautiful social and ecological environment. It is imperative to construct the happiness of people's livelihood. This paper is divided into the following four chapters: the first chapter is introduction. The research background and significance of the issue of "people's livelihood happiness" are expounded, and the present situation of the research on people's livelihood issues at home and abroad is analyzed. This chapter first defines the concepts of "people's livelihood", "happiness" and "people's livelihood happiness". The theory foundation of the research on the happiness of people's livelihood, including Marx and Engels' thought on the people's livelihood, is expounded, including: Marx and Engels' thought on the people's livelihood. Lenin's thoughts on people's livelihood and those of the main leaders of the Communist Party of China. Chapter III: analysis of the present situation of Life and Happiness in Contemporary China. Comprehensive analysis of the achievements made in the construction of people's livelihood in contemporary China, finding out the education and employment in the process of building the people's livelihood. The main problems in medical care, old-age care, housing and so on, and analyze the root causes of the problems. Chapter IV: the path to the realization of people's Happiness in Contemporary China. On the basis of the previous research, from the material basis of realizing the happiness of people's livelihood, political security, The social security system, the spiritual and cultural foundation, and so on, put forward concrete countermeasures and suggestions on how to construct the happiness of people's livelihood, mainly including: developing economy, promoting democracy, perfecting system, prospering culture and so on.
