【摘要】：在人口老齡化日益加劇和延遲退休政策即將出臺的背景下,研究老年人健康狀況對退休后的老年人勞動參與率的影響,有著十分重要的意義。文章利用中國老年人健康長壽影響因素調查(CLHLS)2014年截面數據,實證分析了退休老年人的健康狀況對其勞動參與的影響。研究結果表明,健康狀況和退休老年人的勞動參與顯著正相關;健康的惡化降低了老年人的勞動參與率。健康對老年人勞動參與的影響具有城鄉(xiāng)、性別和年齡的異質性,農村、男性、高齡組的個體更容易因健康惡化而降低勞動參與;城鎮(zhèn)、女性、低齡退休老年人會因健康改善而增加勞動供給。因此,加強健康基礎設施和醫(yī)療保障的投入是提高老年人健康水平和應對人口老齡化的重要政策干預手段,也是保證延遲退休政策健康落地和取得實效的重要保障。
[Abstract]:In the context of the increasing ageing of the population and the imminent introduction of a delayed retirement policy, to study the impact of the health status of the elderly on the labour force participation rate of the elderly after retirement, This paper makes use of CLHLS2014 cross-section data to analyze empirically the effect of health status of retired elderly on their labor participation. There was a significant positive correlation between the health status and the labor participation of the retired elderly; the deterioration of health reduced the labour participation rate of the elderly. The effect of health on the labor participation of the elderly was urban-rural, gender and age heterogeneity, rural, male, Older individuals are more likely to reduce labor participation due to deteriorating health; towns, women, and young retired people will increase the supply of labour as a result of improved health. Strengthening the investment of health infrastructure and medical security is an important means of policy intervention to improve the health level of the elderly and to cope with the aging of the population. It is also an important guarantee to ensure the healthy landing of the retirement policy and the effectiveness of the retirement policy.
