【摘要】：極地是影響可持續(xù)發(fā)展和人類生存的新疆域,也是大國之間圍繞利益和影響力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)略制高點(diǎn)。作為強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略的重要組成,中國極地事業(yè)的發(fā)展有助于維護(hù)不斷增長(zhǎng)的國家利益,有助于增強(qiáng)在國際秩序中的影響力。綜合利用各種政策工具和既有國際機(jī)制來維護(hù)中國在極地的環(huán)境利益、經(jīng)濟(jì)利益、科考利益、安全利益和參與極地治理的合法權(quán)益。認(rèn)識(shí)極地、利用極地、保護(hù)極地是新時(shí)期中國極地事業(yè)的主要任務(wù)。以"人類命運(yùn)共同體"治理思想引領(lǐng)極地的國際治理是中國智慧對(duì)人類和平利用極地的新貢獻(xiàn)。
