【摘要】：未成年人的健康成長,關(guān)乎一個(gè)國家的未來和發(fā)展,因此在全世界范圍內(nèi),對(duì)于未成年人的保護(hù)都被視為一個(gè)重要的課題。隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展和進(jìn)步,未成年人的犯罪率在全球范圍內(nèi)也存在普遍上升的趨勢,成為一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題。從嬰幼兒時(shí)期起,一直到成人之前,人們通過學(xué)習(xí)和模仿,逐漸學(xué)會(huì)觀察、表達(dá),學(xué)會(huì)參與家庭、學(xué)校的互動(dòng),學(xué)會(huì)適應(yīng)群體、同伴的環(huán)境,學(xué)會(huì)遵守各種社會(huì)規(guī)則,不斷形成并意識(shí)到自己的角色,這一系列的過程,都是在進(jìn)行社會(huì)化的過程。本文的研究著眼于未成年的服刑人員的再社會(huì)化問題。未成年人犯罪活動(dòng)的出現(xiàn)是由于他們的社會(huì)化過程失敗所造成的。對(duì)未成年服刑人員進(jìn)行再社會(huì)化教育,幫助他們重新認(rèn)識(shí)社會(huì),成為合乎社會(huì)整體規(guī)則的合格社會(huì)人,是法律賦予他們的權(quán)利,也是國家和諧穩(wěn)定的實(shí)際要求。本文主要以遼寧省未成年犯管教所在押少年犯為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究,結(jié)合未管所工作的實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)了有針對(duì)性的調(diào)查問卷,通過調(diào)查結(jié)果分析了遼寧省未成年服刑人員再社會(huì)化問題的現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),從文化知識(shí)、心理狀態(tài)、基本生活技能、社會(huì)角色和支持體系幾個(gè)維度進(jìn)行探討,提出了未成年服刑人員再社會(huì)化過程中存在的問題及原因,并運(yùn)用公共管理學(xué)的相關(guān)知識(shí)進(jìn)行了分析和討論,提出了針對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)工作的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:The healthy growth of minors is related to the future and development of a country. Therefore, the protection of minors is regarded as an important subject all over the world. With the development and progress of society, The crime rate of minors is also on the rise worldwide, becoming a serious social problem. From infancy to adulthood, people gradually learn to observe and express through study and imitation. Learning to participate in family and school interactions, to adapt to the environment of groups and peers, to follow various social rules, to constantly form and become aware of your role, this series of processes, All are in the process of socialization. This study focuses on the re-socialization of juvenile prisoners. The emergence of juvenile delinquency is caused by the failure of their socialization process. Resocialization of the prisoners, It is their right under the law to help them reunderstand society and become qualified social people who conform to the rules of the whole of society. It is also the practical requirement of national harmony and stability. This paper mainly takes juvenile offenders in custody in Liaoning province juvenile education institution as the research object, through the research on the relevant literature at home and abroad. Combined with the actual situation of unmanaged work, this paper designs a targeted questionnaire, analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the re-socialization of juvenile prisoners in Liaoning Province through the results of the investigation, from the aspects of cultural knowledge, psychological state, basic life skills, etc. Several dimensions of social role and support system are discussed, the problems and reasons in the process of re-socialization of underage prisoners are put forward, and the relevant knowledge of public management is used to analyze and discuss. The countermeasures and suggestions for practical work are put forward.
