【摘要】：融資難已成為制約我國民營養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展的主要障礙,根本原因在于養(yǎng)老服務(wù)的公益性導(dǎo)致其盈利能力不足,無法滿足資本的逐利性。政府應(yīng)該從制度層面承認(rèn)民營養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)的公益性,保證民營養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)投資者的合法權(quán)益,滿足其投資者逐利性的要求。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of financing has become a major obstacle to the development of private pension institutions in China. The fundamental reason is that the public welfare of pension services leads to the lack of profitability. The government should recognize the public welfare of the private pension institutions from the system level, guarantee the legal rights and interests of the private pension institutional investors, and meet the requirements of the investors.
