【摘要】：庫爾德問題是中東地區(qū)長期懸而未決的難題,反映出中東地區(qū)復雜的民族矛盾,其實質(zhì)是民族不平等而引發(fā)的庫族反抗及爭取獨立建國的斗爭。庫族獨立建國努力與土耳其、伊拉克、敘利亞、伊朗四國維護國家統(tǒng)一形成尖銳矛盾。庫族獨立運動歷程充斥曲折與苦難。1991年海灣戰(zhàn)爭使庫族獨立運動煥發(fā)生機。2011年爆發(fā)的所謂"阿拉伯之春"及敘利亞、伊拉克亂局使庫族獨立運動呈現(xiàn)崛起勢頭,直接關(guān)乎敘利亞和伊拉克兩國的統(tǒng)一與分裂,對土耳其徐圖坐大中東構(gòu)成掣肘。美俄及各自地區(qū)伙伴競相利用庫爾德問題,以維護自身利益或增擴博弈籌碼。展望未來,"庫爾德斯坦"獨立建國雖受到內(nèi)外因素制約,然而伊北、敘北庫族仍執(zhí)意推進,恐將對地區(qū)格局形成強力沖擊。
[Abstract]:The Kurdistan issue is a long-outstanding problem in the Middle East region, reflecting the complex ethnic contradictions in the Middle East region. The essence of the Kurdistan issue is the resistance of the Kurds and the struggle for independence and statehood caused by ethnic inequality. The four countries of Iraq, Syria and Iran have formed sharp contradictions in safeguarding national unity. The course of the independence movement of the Kuqa is full of twists and turns and suffering. In 1991, the Gulf War revived the movement of independence of the Kuqa. In 2011, the so-called "Arab Spring" and Syria broke out. The chaos in Iraq has led to the rise of the Kurdish independence movement, which is directly related to the unity and division of Syria and Iraq, and constitutes a constraint on Turkey's settlement in the Middle East. The United States and Russia and their regional partners are competing to exploit the Kurdish issue. Looking forward to the future, although the independent establishment of Kurdistan is restricted by internal and external factors, the northern and northern Turkish-Kurdistan ethnic groups are still determined to push forward, threatening to form a strong impact on the regional pattern.
