【摘要】：任何一種特定政治體系(Political system)的運(yùn)行,不僅取決于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,而且還取決于它的政治系統(tǒng)的有效性和合法性。然而,政治系統(tǒng)的有效性和合法性來(lái)源于政治體系的“軟件(Software)——政治文化(Political culture)。政治文化作為一種政治社會(huì)的精神范疇,它是內(nèi)化于居民心里對(duì)政治體系中各要素的認(rèn)知、情感和價(jià)值的總體取向。這種主觀的政治心理總是反映著一定時(shí)期以來(lái)人們具備的政治能力以及這種政治能力支配的政治行為,通過(guò)研究政治文化能夠從總體上描述一個(gè)地區(qū)一段時(shí)期的政治發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,進(jìn)而通過(guò)有效的政治社會(huì)化途徑引導(dǎo)政治社會(huì)的政治現(xiàn)代化。 當(dāng)代中國(guó)農(nóng)村處于社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型期,各種社會(huì)秩序處于解構(gòu)和重構(gòu)的初期,這種社會(huì)現(xiàn)狀不斷影響著人們的價(jià)值觀念。從政治學(xué)角度來(lái)解讀當(dāng)下中國(guó)農(nóng)村的政治發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,最有效的途徑就是借助政治文化這一研究框架。鐘村具有和其他中國(guó)農(nóng)村相似的特點(diǎn)(傳統(tǒng)思想弱化與現(xiàn)代價(jià)值觀重構(gòu)并存、經(jīng)濟(jì)要素的市場(chǎng)化加強(qiáng)、人口流動(dòng)頻繁、社會(huì)分層逐漸加深),它是中國(guó)農(nóng)村的一個(gè)縮影。因此,研究鐘村的政治文化來(lái)解釋中國(guó)農(nóng)村的政治發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,為引導(dǎo)中國(guó)農(nóng)村的政治現(xiàn)代化是有極其重要的意義。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)鐘村政治社會(huì)化方面：年齡、教育背景、家庭、同輩團(tuán)體、大眾傳媒等影響交叉,并且不同年齡和所處微觀環(huán)境的不同又相互交織影響人們的政治心理,總體上呈現(xiàn)錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的局面；政治文化的特征仍然是主流文化與政治亞文化并存,政治認(rèn)知的模糊性與政治角色的多重性并存,各主觀階層間政治文化存在差異,不同群體間存在政治認(rèn)知上的差異,政治態(tài)度的冷漠性凸顯。通過(guò)拓寬政治認(rèn)知渠道、創(chuàng)造新的政治文化來(lái)鞏固新的政治制度、整合政治亞文化等是實(shí)現(xiàn)鐘村這樣的中國(guó)農(nóng)村政治文化現(xiàn)代化的路徑。
[Abstract]:The operation of any particular political system depends not only on economic development, but also on the effectiveness and legitimacy of its political system. The validity and legitimacy of the political system come from the software of the political system. As a spiritual category of a political society, political culture is internalized in the residents' understanding of the elements of the political system. The general orientation of emotion and value. This subjective political psychology always reflects the political ability that people have had since a certain period of time and the political behavior that this political power dominates. Through the study of political culture, the political development of a region can be described in general, and then the political modernization of the political society can be guided by effective political socialization. Contemporary China's rural areas are in the transition period of society, and all kinds of social order are in the initial stage of deconstruction and reconstruction. This social situation is constantly influencing people's values. The most effective way is to make use of the research frame of political culture. Zhongcun has the characteristics similar to other Chinese rural areas (the weakening of traditional thought and the reconstruction of modern values, the marketization of economic elements and the frequent population mobility. Social stratification is gradually deepening, which is a microcosm of China's rural areas. Therefore, to study the political culture of Zhongcun to explain the political development of China's rural areas, In order to guide the political modernization of Chinese rural areas, it is of great significance to find that the political socialization aspects of Zhongcun are: age, educational background, family, peer groups, mass media and so on. And different ages and micro-environment intertwined with each other to influence people's political psychology, and the political culture is characterized by the coexistence of mainstream culture and political subculture. The fuzziness of political cognition coexists with the multiplicity of political roles. There are differences in political culture among the subjective strata, differences in political cognition among different groups, and the coldness of political attitudes. To create a new political culture to consolidate the new political system and to integrate the political subculture are the ways to realize the modernization of the Chinese rural political culture such as Zhongcun.
