【摘要】：我國目前在志愿助殘服務(wù)激勵機制方面尚未建立相應(yīng)的法律制度,從而在一定程度上影響了志愿助殘事業(yè)的發(fā)展。借鑒其他國家的相關(guān)制度,我國可以通過直接資助與間接資助相結(jié)合的方式,由政府為志愿助殘組織提供資金幫助,為志愿者個人提供物質(zhì)扶持、精神鼓勵及特別保護,以此建立和完善志愿助殘服務(wù)激勵機制,從而推動我國志愿助殘服務(wù)乃至整個志愿者服務(wù)事業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has not established the corresponding legal system in the aspect of the incentive mechanism of voluntary disabled service, which to some extent has affected the development of the cause of voluntary assistance for the disabled. Through the combination of direct and indirect funding, the government can provide financial assistance to volunteer organizations and provide individual volunteers with material support, spiritual encouragement and special protection. So as to establish and perfect the incentive mechanism of voluntary disability service, and promote the development of China's voluntary disabled service and even the whole volunteer service.
