【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,我國的發(fā)展已轉(zhuǎn)化為國家富強(qiáng)、民族振興、人民幸福的“中國夢”方向。人民幸福是和諧社會(huì)的進(jìn)一步提升,是所有人民的夢想。人民幸福是個(gè)龐大的工程,不單單需要考慮到物質(zhì)要素還需考慮非物質(zhì)要素。十八大將“堅(jiān)持走共同富裕道路”“堅(jiān)持促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧”“堅(jiān)持維護(hù)社會(huì)公平正義”放入爭取中國特色社會(huì)主義新勝利的基本要求,將改善民生做為社會(huì)建設(shè)的重點(diǎn),進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)人民幸福。要想實(shí)現(xiàn)中國夢,就必須處理好人民最關(guān)心的問題、解民生之憂、謀民生之利,在居住、養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療、就業(yè)、教育等方面為百姓創(chuàng)造出滿意的環(huán)境。在這些方面,我們已經(jīng)做出了很多努力與創(chuàng)新,解決了很多問題,然而日新月異的發(fā)展,問題也在不斷變換,因此現(xiàn)在所面臨的形式依然嚴(yán)峻。如今的社會(huì)發(fā)展,不再僅僅關(guān)注經(jīng)濟(jì)速度,更加注重提高經(jīng)濟(jì)質(zhì)量。經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量如何,與人民的生活息息相關(guān),人民的生活包括日常的方方面面,為了能夠?qū)@方方面面的因素進(jìn)行綜合研究,生活質(zhì)量研究有了越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。因此,為了研究經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量及居民生活的優(yōu)劣,對居民的生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行理論研究及實(shí)證分析意義重大。本文中對吉林省居民生活質(zhì)量的分析,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、自然三個(gè)方面入手,主要著重橫向比較分析,并進(jìn)行合理評估,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)優(yōu)化居民生活質(zhì)量的建議。全文共分五個(gè)部分:第一部分是緒論,主要介紹了評價(jià)居民生活質(zhì)量的背景及意義,國內(nèi)外對于此項(xiàng)研究的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,并介紹了本文的研究方法和思路。第二部分是對生活質(zhì)量含義的闡述。包括其常見的影響因素及各種評價(jià)方法。第三部分是構(gòu)建居民生活質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。基于指標(biāo)體系的理論依據(jù)及原則,從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、自然三方面對居民生活質(zhì)量評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行構(gòu)建。第四部分是評價(jià)方法和模型的應(yīng)用。首先對吉林省近幾年的情況進(jìn)行描述性的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析;其次,對吉林省各市居民的生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行TOPSIS分析。最后將吉林省與其他省、區(qū)用因子分析進(jìn)行比較。第五部分是結(jié)論及建議。對前面的分析進(jìn)行綜合性的總結(jié),并針對存在的不足給出完善居民生活質(zhì)量的建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our society, the development of our country has been transformed into the direction of "Chinese Dream", in which the country is rich and strong, the nation is revitalized, and the people are happy. People's happiness is the further promotion of a harmonious society. Is the dream of all people. People's happiness is a huge project, Not only material elements but also non-material elements should be considered. General 18 "adhere to the road of common prosperity," "insist on promoting social harmony," "uphold social fairness and justice," put into the new socialism with Chinese characteristics. The basic requirements of victory, Make improving people's livelihood the focus of social construction, and then realize the people's happiness. In order to realize Chinese Dream, we must deal well with the people's most concerned problems, solve the people's livelihood worries, seek the benefits of the people's livelihood, and live, provide for the aged, medical treatment, and employment. Education and other aspects create a satisfactory environment for the people. In these areas, we have made a lot of efforts and innovations, solved many problems, but with the rapid development, the problems are constantly changing. So the situation now facing is still grim. Today's social development is no longer just about economic speed, but more about improving the quality of the economy. The quality of economic development is closely related to people's lives. The life of the people includes all aspects of daily life. In order to be able to conduct a comprehensive study of these factors, the study of the quality of life has become more and more widely used. Therefore, in order to study the quality of economic development and the quality of residents' lives, It is of great significance to make theoretical research and empirical analysis on the quality of life of residents in Jilin Province. In this paper, the analysis of the quality of life of residents in Jilin Province starts from the three aspects of economy, society and nature, and mainly focuses on the horizontal comparative analysis and reasonable evaluation. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of the evaluation of residents' quality of life, the current situation and development trend of this research at home and abroad. The second part is about the meaning of quality of life, including its common influencing factors and various evaluation methods. The third part is to construct the evaluation index system of residents' quality of life. Based on the theoretical basis and principles of the index system, This paper constructs the evaluation index system of residents' quality of life from three aspects of economy, society and nature. 4th part is the application of evaluation methods and models. Firstly, the paper makes a descriptive statistical analysis of the situation in Jilin Province in recent years; secondly, The quality of life of residents in Jilin Province is analyzed by TOPSIS. Finally, the factor analysis of Jilin Province and other provinces and regions is compared. Part 5th is the conclusion and suggestion. And to improve the quality of life of residents in view of the shortcomings.
