【摘要】：全面建成小康社會、全面深化改革、全面依法治國、全面從嚴治黨的重大戰(zhàn)略布局,形成了系統(tǒng)而深刻的"四個全面"重大戰(zhàn)略思想。"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局中的每一個"全面"都具有自身的戰(zhàn)略重點。完成"兩個大局"是"全面建成小康社會"的戰(zhàn)略重點;處理好"政府"與"市場"的關(guān)系是"全面深化改革"的戰(zhàn)略重點;推進"依憲執(zhí)政"和"依規(guī)治黨",是"全面依法治國"的戰(zhàn)略重點;堅持"思想建黨"與"制度治黨"的統(tǒng)一,是全面從嚴治黨的戰(zhàn)略重點。"四個全面"戰(zhàn)略布局具有深厚的理論意義,"四個全面"是黨的基本路線的新體現(xiàn),構(gòu)成了新形勢下的"三大法寶",高度概括了中國道路的基本內(nèi)涵。
[Abstract]:To build a well-off society in an all-round way, to deepen reform in an all-round way, to rule the country according to law, and to administer the party's major strategic layout in an all-round and strict manner. A systematic and profound strategic thought of "four all-round" is formed. Each "comprehensive" of "four all-round" strategic layout has its own strategic focus, and the completion of "two overall situations" is the strategic focus of "building a well-off society in an all-round way". Handling the relationship between "government" and "market" is the strategic focus of "comprehensively deepening the reform", promoting "ruling by the Constitution" and "governing the Party according to rules" is the strategic focus of "ruling the country according to law". To adhere to the unity of "ideological Party building" and "system governing the Party" is the strategic focus of comprehensive and strict administration of the Party. The "four all-round" strategic layout has profound theoretical significance, and "four all-round" is the new embodiment of the Party's basic line. It constitutes the "three magic weapons" under the new situation, and highly generalizes the basic connotation of the Chinese road.
