【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程不斷加快,拆遷安置社區(qū)這一新型過(guò)渡社區(qū)在各大城市不斷涌現(xiàn)。尤其在北京這種一線大城市中,郊區(qū)邊緣的農(nóng)村用地不斷被城市化腳步侵吞,農(nóng)民失去原有用地,被統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃搬入各拆遷安置社區(qū)。從而,這些農(nóng)民在空間上轉(zhuǎn)為市民,由農(nóng)村生活向城市生活過(guò)渡。然而在這些拆遷社區(qū)中,這些新市民能否適應(yīng)城市社區(qū)生活,社區(qū)中的設(shè)施服務(wù)能否滿足他們的生活需要、又有著與其它城市社區(qū)什么樣的不同服務(wù)需求呢?本次研究就是從拆遷安置社區(qū)中居民的社區(qū)服務(wù)需求出發(fā),試圖通過(guò)定量與定性兩種方法,對(duì)居民的服務(wù)需求進(jìn)行實(shí)證性研究,了解拆遷社區(qū)目前的社區(qū)服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有社區(qū)服務(wù)存在的問(wèn)題,深入了解居民對(duì)社區(qū)服務(wù)有哪些需求,以期通過(guò)調(diào)查研究的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果對(duì)完善今后拆遷安置社區(qū)的社區(qū)服務(wù)做好實(shí)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)。在研究過(guò)程中,筆者首先從文獻(xiàn)資料方面入手,了解我國(guó)社區(qū)服務(wù)的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)及拆遷社區(qū)現(xiàn)狀,然后通過(guò)發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷和訪談對(duì)北京某一拆遷社區(qū)居民進(jìn)行實(shí)地考察,主要了解拆遷社區(qū)的居民構(gòu)成、現(xiàn)有社區(qū)服務(wù)的缺陷、居民與社區(qū)的聯(lián)系度、居民對(duì)服務(wù)內(nèi)容的認(rèn)知及其選擇性、傾向性。同時(shí)對(duì)社區(qū)工作人員進(jìn)行訪談,了解目前社區(qū)服務(wù)工作的基本情況信息,與居民的實(shí)際需求存在哪些偏差,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)了拆遷社區(qū)中社區(qū)服務(wù)所存在的一些問(wèn)題及原因。筆者以期從政府主導(dǎo)、社區(qū)自身建設(shè)、居民自治和志愿意識(shí)以及社會(huì)力量參與等方面,找到加強(qiáng)和完善拆遷安置社區(qū)服務(wù)工作的對(duì)策思路及建議,從而提高拆遷安置社區(qū)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量和居民對(duì)服務(wù)項(xiàng)目的滿意度,促進(jìn)拆遷安置社區(qū)更快的向城市社區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)化,保證我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的順利進(jìn)行。
[Abstract]:With the accelerating process of urbanization in our country, the new transitional community of demolition and resettlement has been emerging in the major cities. Especially in the first-tier cities such as Beijing, the rural land on the edge of the suburbs has been continuously embezzled by the pace of urbanization. Farmers lose their original land and are planned to move into the resettlement communities. As a result, these farmers become citizens in space and transition from rural life to urban life. However, in these demolition communities, Can these new citizens adapt to the urban community life, can the facilities in the community meet their needs, and what kind of different service needs are there with other urban communities? This study is based on the community service needs of residents in the demolition and resettlement community, through quantitative and qualitative methods, this paper attempts to carry out empirical research on the residents' service needs, to understand the current situation of community service in the demolition communities. Find out the problems existing in the existing community service, and deeply understand the residents' demand for community service, so as to make a good practical foundation for the improvement of the community service in the future demolition and resettlement through the data of the investigation and research. The author starts with the literature to understand the status of development of community service and the current situation of demolition communities in China, and then through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews to a relocation community residents in Beijing for a field investigation. The main understanding of the residents of the demolition community is the composition of the residents, the defects of the existing community services, the degree of connection between the residents and the community, the residents' cognition of the service content and their selectivity and tendency. At the same time, the community staff are interviewed. To understand the basic information of community service work at present and what deviations exist with the actual needs of residents, and to find out some problems and reasons of community service in the demolition community. The author hopes to lead by the government and build the community itself. In the aspects of residents' autonomy, voluntary consciousness and participation of social forces, the countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening and perfecting the community service work of demolition and resettlement are found, so as to improve the service quality of the resettlement community and the residents' satisfaction with the service items. To promote the relocation of communities to urban communities faster transformation, to ensure the smooth progress of urbanization in China.
