【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國推進(jìn)落實環(huán)境保護(hù)和生態(tài)民生建設(shè)工作,社會整體環(huán)保意識得到提升,為廣大人民群眾提供了一個和諧、幸福、健康、文明的生存環(huán)境。將生態(tài)民生建設(shè)置于突出位置,需要持續(xù)優(yōu)化"五位一體"總體布局,并從頂層設(shè)計方面著眼,建立健全制度保障和支撐體系。
